We stayed at the Hotel Skogar, but ate at the restaurant in the Hotel Edda. We checked out the area restaurants and the prices were far better here than anywhere else. The dining room is very nice. You do have to inquire when the bus tours arrive for dinner. It is best to eat

This was the only hotel we stayed at with a shared bathroom. It was fine! The room was clean. Tiny! There wasn't enough room to swing a cat. But we managed to squeeze in to the room and get a good night's sleep. It was so close to Skogarfoss that the above comments didn't bother

This can hardly called hotel. It is more like youth hostel. The rooms are very small and not very clean. The shower was not clean and the water smell like Solphat. The TV at the main living room didn’t have cables so you can see nothing!
Avoid this place if you can.
