I was looking forward to visiting the Blue Lagoon and booked the clinic for 1 night at the last minute. I was a little apprehensive due to some poor reviews. From the moment we arrived everything was wonderful. If getting the bus from the airport do advise the driver you are staying at the clinic and he will take you...

Fantastic private pool (lagoon), friendly staff (not all of them)... Minimal decoration in rooms with fantastic view. The price is a little bit high but you can feel the magic of the private lagoon without the noise of the puplic one. You can feel relaxed in the pool and then you can go for a nap. The Lava restaurant (of...

Just spent 5 days at Blue Lagoon Clinic Hotel. For those who are expecting grandiose of maine chain resorts this place is to it. It is small, nice perfect for the place where it sits. We arrived from NY at 6 AM in the morning to Keflavik airport took a taxi and after 30 minutes ride (around 8000 Iceland Crowns)...

It's the must. A little pricey but very relaxing and enjoyable spa. You can't go to Iceland without visiting. I would've stayed the entire day but it can get expensive. Loads of tourists from Asia and bring a pair of flip flops and a cover up. It'll save a few dollars and keep you a little warm

I was quite disappointed with the overall service. Firstly, the check in time is 2pm and my room wasn't ready at 2. luckily the reception staff was able to find me another room immediately. So everything seemed to be ok but that was obviously not the case. The reception told the main lagoon staff that I have just checked out...

yes, iceland is expensive. yes, the blue lagoon clinic hotel is no exception. but, the rooms are pristine, the bed was so comfy, and the private lagoon is for sure much more enjoyable than the main lagoon with its many, many tourists. there isn't much around, so if you're not up to walking to the fancy lava restaurant, the very...

Booked in here when the main blue lagoon was closed for renovations. Great having 3 hours of pure relaxation which included your own room to chill out in as well. The lagoon itself is a unique experience that you can't leave Iceland without dipping your toe into! The murky blue warmth, the weird sensation of the squishy floor, the cold...

Booked the 3 hour stay in the clinic as a surprise for my husband. Definitely worth the money since you get your own room to leave your belongings in, to get showered and changed and to relax in. The service was superb and the accommodations were wonderful. There are several cozy nooks where you can have a great view of...

I opted for a 3 hour luxury experience here. Great staff, they show you around and explain everything thoroughly to you. The food is great, especially the fresh fruit they deliver to your room upon check in! The lagoon itself is extremely mesmerizing. I looked at it for a solid 5 minutes before going in. Some spots are much more...

The rooms are spacious, but like log cabins. Everything is wood and lava. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was excellent. You have access to the private bit of the Blue Lagoon, it is unbelievable. The water is really warm, there is steam rising from it, and the surrounding vista is moss-covered lava fields for miles and miles....
