We called to ask some questions before we booked... We were able to get a great rate while on the phone (the general manager was on the other end)... When we got up there, even though we booked a kind size bed, they didn't have any... They lowered the price for us taking a queen size bed... It was not a big deal for us... Thomas, the front desk guy, was amazingly nice as was the general manager, Ben, who was also there when we arrived. Very friendly every time we were in or passed through the lobby... The bed was AMAZINGLY comfortable... Nice kitchen amenitie... Full size refrigerator, 2 burner stove, microwave and a HUGE sink... Great flow in the shower... Although the hotel was full, it was very quiet... It just changed hands in January so they are updating all the rooms but it was all still great...…
On March 19, 2022 came to the hotel and inquired about a room with two queen beds. Desk person advised they had rooms but needed to send housekeeping to make sure the room was ready. In the mean time the desk person checked us in. But no room could be found and the desk person sent two other hotel employees to check other rooms - none were available. We decided to cancel the charge. The desk person advised it would take a couple of days On April 1 I called the hotel, talked to the same desk person who now advised she could do nothing and the manager of the hotel advised to dispute the $125.00 charge through my credit card company Lesson learned - never stay at an Extended Stay America Suites
THERE IS SOMETHING VERY FISHY GOING ON AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT! THEY CHARGED ME AN EXTRA $170 dollars a few days after I had already checked out. The staff was COMPLETELY incompetent and dishonest about it too. I called the front desk and none of them could make a decision without the GM. They lied and gave me the run around for days until I could get back there. Was told that they would have the gm call me back because he wasn't there and lo and behold the gm walks in unexpected. He couldn't refund me because it had already gone through. told me to "file a dispute with your bank". This started a multiple week long process without my money. canceling cards, etc. it was a travesty. DO NOT STAY HERE. Somebody knew more than they were saying. Also, The inside smells like mildew and the crowd that's there is scary lowclass.…
Nice full kitchen with king size Refrigerator And clean Hotel smoke free I would come back with my Family and stay in Extended stay America Weekly and monthly price is available so I paid very reasonable for week and saved myself lots of money love this place newly remodeled
We went to the hotel because of the fair. We had booked several months in advance. They changed names and systems so they no longer had or reservation. He found us a room but it was more than what I had reserved it for. We went ahead and paid. We went to the Circle K next door only to hear that our concert was cancelled. We went back to the hotel and they said they couldn't refund us. I asked him to check with owner and he said he would. We went to dinner and came back. He said he wouldn't be calling the owner until the next day! He also said he already rented our room! We drove home and the charge was on our bank statement the next day. He said he would call us and never did! Now I have to dispute the charges with my bank. I never even went in the room.
Poor, hotel had zero towels for a room of 4 they provide only 2, no breakfast even though it was said we were to have one. No exrra towls, and we had to beg every day for more toliet paper for our room.
Beds were comfortable and clean. We were givin no wifi password. The bathroom was gross. They have a very strict policy and it made us nervous because we were traveling with two young kids. 300$ fine for a noise complaint if you got 2 warnings and thats hard with kids. We waiting till 10pm to swim due to their regulations, and once we got in there, there were no towels. The pool was soo cold and smelled we couldn't even swim
Good location, great restaurant Yummy Crab in parking lot. Rooms very nice for this level hotel , clean and up to date. Check in staff were very nice and helpful. But breakfast was almost nothing, I get COVID restrictions but is has been used to not have a much. There was cereal with no milk, bagels with no cream cheese and a jug of OJ. If you want touch less add some bars and fruit. They care about the property but not about the breakfast.
I was terribly disappointeed with our stay, Breakfast wasn't avail & the websbite led me to believe hat it was avail. The pool wasn't avail. I had 4 very disappointed kids. The website led me to believe it was avail. There were holes in the wall near an elevator! Our room wasn't tidied and we weren't given clean linens. I needed to request clean linens. We ran out of toilet paper each afternoon upon return to our hotel. When I requested more, I was only given one roll!
Clean quiet well-appointed room in a newish property. When we visited in March 2021, the hotel was running dehumidifiers constantly in the main hallway on the ground floor. Now that I see another recent review noting "mold mold mold mold mold mold mold mold...," I now know why.
