We stayed here as to break up a long trip. The rooms were very, very nice. The only thing I noticed that was not "GREAT" was the elevator. It was slow and a little noisy. But nothing to make me not stay here again. Staff was helpful and breakfast was good. We were in and out in less than 12 hours.

Family friendly great staff and very clean great bargain for your money. The service is wonderful what topped everything off was it is pet friendly. The pool is very clean washroom are in excellent condition. I will never stay anywhere else. Your company brought a great big smile to my face every morning. The breakfast was great. Thank you so much for making it so easy for my family.

The staff was rude, unprofessional and completely uncaring. We requested adjoining rooms and for the three rooms to be close together. This was not provided, and we are now being told that you must go to the hotel to check in at 3 to receive adjoining rooms and luggage carts. The room was filthy. I can provide pictures, a TV did not work, and when we needed a toothbrush, we were told they were not sure if they had any and would not go back and check. We asked to speak to the manager and were told he would be there at 8am the next day. He was not there so I called back, and he told me to do what I want and hung up on me. This would be why the staff is so impolite and unprofessional. Leadership down

Our first room was completely unacceptable! Smelled horrible. Bed was filthy! Stains and hair on the bed. We asked for another room which was not much better. Crusty snot on the bed and we had to ask for a clean blanket which we had to walk down and get as they refused to bring it up. The hall carpets were dirty. The sofa in our room was disgusting. The entire hotel reeked of weed and I did not feel safe walking alone in the hotel as it was full of shady looking people. Attached is a pic of the sofa.

This room was very substandard. The remote was dirty, the shower curtain was dirty, the comforter was stained so where the sheets. TV with broken no one responded to help us. The next day the May service was lousy they barely made the beds

I loved how beautiful the gardening was outside and the cleanliness inside. The complimentary breakfast had a good selection and it had enough space and sitting area. I was not far from anywhere I needed to be or wanting to go.

Bedding was less than desirable between the stains and suspected burn holes. Flooring didn’t feel clean, and I ended up wearing my sandals while in the room. Bathroom floor felt particularly slippery. Room just had a damp feeling and doorframes / fixtures starting to rust.

We were put in an adjoining room we were told was unoccupied. However, there was a loud family staying there who woke us up early in the morning with their yelling and talking. It was only then I realized the adjoining doors had an inch gap under them. Zero noise protection but also zero Covid protection from an unknown group of travelers all night. Hotel just said “oh well” when I complained.

Awesome! Easy to find. Perfect location near I55 and Walmart! Easy check-in and check-out! Free Wi-Fi. Filling out a minimum 200 character review is a bit much though. This would make no one want to do reviews!!
