Very much enjoyed our night here. The house is absolutely beautiful but we did enjoy our suite in the cottage at the back as it was so quiet and peaceful. The evening reception was a nice touch and we enjoyed our glass of wine. All of the staff we met were lovely and breakfast was freshly cooked though there was not a menu as such. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

This place is charming and well thought out. We stayed in a suite and were greeted by Morgan. A very nice and capable young lady. She took us on a tour and explained everything very well. The suite was spacious with a lot of thought into comfort detail. Even robes. Several treats and surprises are given that are top notch. This place is quiet, lots of parking, and close to all the Lincoln sights. It is in a lovely residential neighborhood with a few offices from old houses. You will love it. Breakfast is fast and yummy.

A well kept small B&B conveniently located within walking distance of all the down town sites. The room and bed in the Rose suite were great. Lots of parking. The innkeepers were very pleasant. A modest wine and cheese hour and a nice breakfast. Fresh cookies hung on your door each late afternoon. One of the nicest hotel bathrooms that I have experienced. Highly recommend for a romantic weekend!

Inn at 835 was a lovely restoration of an old building, with attention paid to detail. Our suite was comfortable with modern amenities. The breakfast was a treat as well. The location was ideal for a walk through the historic neighborhood and is very close to the Frank Lloyd Wright home.

Came to town to see the Lincoln historic sites and found the Inn to be a comfortable place to stay. The Innkeeper I saw the most (Morgan was the name, I believe) was very hospitable, as was the person who prepared breakfast every morning. The food was good, along with the wine and cheese hour in the afternoon. The rooms are very comfortable, with very nice beds and a large bath with jacuzzi.

First time staying at a bed and breakfast and would highly recommend. The staff was welcoming and the accommodations were fantastic. Close to downtown to all of the attractions. Very relaxing. Breakfast was good every morning.

Wanted a place close to the Dana-Thomas House and this is walking distance less than 2 blocks away. Lovely choice with a Bed-and-Breakfast feel with 15 spacious rooms. We live in a house built in 1898 so creaky wooden stairs, etc., made us feel right at home. Our room 301 had a claw foot tub with a wrap-around shower. High step into the shower and probably not a good choice for handicapped or wheelchair although there is an elevator. Amazing for the price with wine and cheese offered from 4-6 PM. We arrived at 6:30 and Megan got out some for us. Less than 2-block walk to the Dana-Thomas house. Huge parking lot because they also host "events." Very spacious and we will stay again now that we know. Pay attention to 4-8 PM arrival window and day's breakfast at 8 o'clock.

Beautiful b&b in Springfield with great landscaping and comfortable accommodations. We had our dog with, so we had to get a room in the back building, but accommodation still very nice. We had a problem with a stairway, but it was handled promptly.

Who doesn't like free wine, cheese and crackers? If that hadn't convinced me this inn was worth the money, the superb service sure would have. Jen walked us through the whole downstairs area, explaining where breakfast was served, where the toilets were and so forth. On top of that she provided dinner recommendations when asked. The bed was comfy and we had a small balcony as well as a hot tub. Breakfast is made to order and it was really good. Plenty of parking spaces right next to the hotel. We would definitely stay again!

This was a neat hotel to stay in. Gives you a historic feel. The employees were friendly and helpful. Great location for visiting the Lincoln sites. I would stay again. Very quite stay. Need to keep typing to use up the required characters for this review
