Arrived with some trepidation as recent reviews (and our tour company) had mentioned refurbishment and extensions. Need not have worried. This is a stunning location, overlooking a totally unobtrusive golf course. Outdoor Jacuzzi (set amid trees and well away from the hotel) is well-worth a try after a long day's travel, and has to be followed by a drink from...

We stayed here in May as part of the Iceland complete tour and this was my favourite! Our room overlooked the golf course and the mountains and the food was really good. One out of two hot tubs were open too which we all used. Seating area was cosy and comfortable and the group gathered here before dinner. Can't wait...

This is a nice cosy 1 level hotel. The front faces a golf course. Stayed 2 nights in a room at the back. It has a patio where you can sit and watch the distant snow-capped mountains. There is also a hot tub and jacuzzi to soak away your weariness. The room is reasonably spacious and comfortably heated. Wifi is...

We stayed while on an escorted tour of Iceland. Lovely hotel, nice setting. The room was spacious enough for my sister and me and all our luggage. Tastefully decorated, beds very comfortable. Nice bathroom, though limited in counter space and we had to be careful not to get water all over the floor. Great blackout curtains, essential when the sun...

I like the interior of the hotel. the room was modern and clean. the best thing about it was that you can step outside to your patio to check for northern lights. they also have a northern lights wake up call which works very well. the breakfast was yummy, too. you have a kettle and tea/coffee amenities in your room....

A scenic hotel, significantly better if you manage to get a room with a scenic view (unlike mine, a car park view). If I were developing this property, I would ensure that every single room gets the lovely view - I mean, there's so much land here! There are two chairs in the patio, but I can't be sitting out...

This hotel was a very nice one story hotel on a golf course chosen by Odysseys Unlimited, our tour company for Iceland. It had amazing views out our patio of snow-capped mountains which, at dusk, fairly glowed in the setting sun (about 11:30 pm or so). It appeared to be run by a family which attempted to be as accommodating...

This hotel was a perfect addition to our splendid tour of Iceland through Globus/Fox World Travel. It is in a remote area with a beautiful view. Rooms were so quaint, outdoor hot tub looking over the mountains, piano music prior to dinner and an exquisite dinner!

We were on a tour and this was one of the nicer Icelandair hotels we stayed in. It was a very quiet location with a friendly staff and great views. The dinner was good (chicken) and they extended the happy hour due to a late arrival. The breakfast was average for these hotels. The hotel is some distance from the...
