A great place to enjoy a relaxing holiday, with many pools on site and a real calming holiday. The food is excellent and the staff really helpful and pleasant A great place to enjoy a quiet holiday, and recharge the batteries.

The rooms were very good for families arranged as small apartment blocks around the pool areas and gardens. Rooms were very well serviced by good cleaning staff, towels and linens very good and changed often. The food was quite good and as expected with a very varied selection to cater for all the family. The All Inclusive option was not...

My fiance and I had an amazing week in Sissi in October.  The room was clean & spacious and the whole resort was very relaxing.  We liked the villa style layout as opposed to a tower block and very much enjoyed having 3 different pools to choose from. We were all inclusive & found the food great.  Cooked breakfast was included...

Booked a Junior suite room with seaview, for a 2 week stay. On arrival told that Junior suite rooms do not have a seaview; in fact Room 81 didn’t have a view at all but 2 small windows, each facing a blank wall with very little natural daylight. The bathroom door had very obvious signs of water damage (caused by...

Just returned from a 10 night all inclusive stay. What a little Gem, even though it was mid October weather apart from a couple of cloudy windy days was beautiful. Those cloudy days allowed us to explore the area in nearby Malia and further afield. Hotel is clean and all the staff we met are polite and knowledgable of the...

When I was choosing my holiday I was looking at bigger cities in Crete I could go to, so I can see a bit more than just the walls of my all inclusive hotel. I ended up in Sissi and in Sissi Bay by true coincidence and I have to say - life has given me a true gem to...

The hotel is fairly remote and poorly served by busses. It also requires a shuttle bus to reach the non sandy beaches for which you pay for the facilities. The hotel is split either side of the main road. The main swimming pool is near to a hotel bar. It appears that the constant bar music starts at about mid...
