We utilized the hotel about 3 years ago and were pleased with facilities. By October of this 2016 the smell and lack of maintenance was unacceptable. We tried the place in both September and October and two different guests decided to look else where...

Reserved two rooms at a very low rate, which should have been a clue. Open the door to the first room, garbage bag and bedding is on the floor. Obviously did not have cleaning finished. Get a key to a second room. It is musty and feels chilly, so I go to turn on the heat. The box by the...

Great value for the price. Breakfast was nice and simple. Proximity from university was a big plus for me. Gym is very small and not great at all. Will be definitely go back for my next trip and I recommend this hotel if you are traveling with a small budget.

Staff is friendly and helpful. However this place is so rundown. The room is semi updated but everything else in the hotel is terrible. None of the vending machines work, the walls in the hallway are scuffed and nasty. Elevator sounded like the wires were about to snap. It is very run down. I guess that's why it is so...

Pulled comforter back and there was hair, thick, curly, black hair all over the sheets. Dried booger on pillow case, hair on bathroom floor/shower/towels. Told my room would be cleaned but no considerations would be made, they go from bottom to top, I was 5th floor. Asked for cleaning at 8am, nothing by 2pm. Asked for manager, no manager. Hhmmmmm....

Odd smelling in lobby elevators are old, pray, need exhaust fan in bathroom, toilets don't flush properly. Breakfast was non existent. Had ask for it as eveything was empty and cold. Young man was on Internet. Bed comfortable.

This property is old and smells bad in every hallway. It is dark and dingy and reeks of stale cigarette smoke. Our room was exceptionally small, cramped and dirty. Breakfast, usually a hallmark at Comfort Inns, was abysmal. Coffee was served from an old machine and it tasted like motor oil. The breakfast room, like the rest of this old...

Housekeeping is lacking. There was something stuck to bathroom doorknob, red unidentifiable spots in carpet (gum? Food? Bodily fluids? I dunno), a red handprint on the wall (bodily fluids?). Housekeeping is the most important aspect of hotels and that alone will prevent me from staying at a hotel again and i cannot recommend (im traveling through Omaha again and already...

First, let me say that the two men operating the hotel shuttle are money. They are friendly and accommodating to wherever you need to go. Sam at the front desk is also helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, these reasons are not enough to stay at this hotel. If you have an allergy to cigarette smoke, you should know that the hotel,...

We were visiting Omaha with friends over Memorial Day weekend, spending minimal time in the hotel. Our first morning, we decided to eat the "complimentary" breakfast provided by Comfort Inn. What a disappointment. The hotel was extremely busy and at capacity. It was evident the employees maintaining the empty pans of hot food items, i.e. the strangest looking eggs and...
