She was very accessible prior to our trip with any questions we had!! The place was beautiful and the food was absolutely great!! Gail was full of local...

Marilyn and her staff are wonderful, welcoming and very accommodating. The rooms are nice with comfortable beds and a big common area that is beautifully decorated. Breakfast is delicious and on the days that I needed to leave early there was a "to go" breakfast waiting for me in the fridge. They even have home made cookies at the ready...

My wife & I flew to Alaska from Israel for a 7-day cruise. After an incredibly long travel day, we wanted nothing more than a hot shower & a comfy bed. Thankfully, 11th Avenue B & B delivered on both counts. The location was easy to find and we settled in for the night, feeling human again. Breakfast the next...

I traveled with my Grandson & his wife. We flew into Anchorage & drove straight to the B & B. It's located like 10 minutes from the airport. We made this our home base. Between each journey exploring beautiful Alaska we would spend 2 days at 11th St. We did that 3 times. It worked beautifully. I will return, that...

Had the pleasure of staying here multiple nights on an Alaskan adventure. 10 minute walk to the heart of downtown Anchorage and a quick drive to/from the airport. The rooms are comfortable and each has a tv/sitting room and private bath. Breakfast was excellent and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Great place to start a road trip to...

There is a large living room with a kitchen and deck off of it. we were there for one breakfast, and it was great! Eggs, oatmeal, fruit, muffins, juice etc. The second day we had to...

It is rare when I can't fault any aspect of a stay (not that I try to dwell on negatives!). So 11th Ave and the team are well deserving of the 5 stars. It all started when I booked the wrong date, but this was swiftly rectified by Marilyn after a quick email. Marilyn even upgraded us to the Voyager...

As we booked the Explorer room we noticed clearly that the bathroom was detached from the bedroom! However that this bathroom is nearly in the dining room was not indicated. On some of the pictures of the dining room you can see the door to this bathroom. Marilyn has even nailed a note on the door that it is a...

I am puzzled by this review. You were on the property for a very short while and you did not stay with us. You did not have the opportunity to experience our rooms, our beds, our breakfast, or our hospitality. How can you even post a fair review? On arrival, you complained quite vociferously about (and now appear to be...

It is clear that the owner, Marilyn, and her very competent, welcoming staff are dedicated to perfection. The accommodations are comfortable, well-planned, and tastefully decorated, as are the common areas. It's location is good, close-in, and also near Spenard Road where we returned our rental car and got their shuttle back to the B& B. We had to catch the...
