We stayed for three nights. No one came to service the room during this time. The floor was so filthy we had to wear thongs in the shower and keep them on in the room as our feet got black from just walking to the bed. The sheets (?) were awful more like old scratchy stained material. Towels were clean...

Without a shadow of a doubt this is the dirtiest place I have ever had the misfortune of staying in! To say this is below standard is an understatement and can only be compared to a prison. The drab decor, the filthy surroundings and the indescribable situation that is the bathroom are all stomach churning.if it wasn't for our 2...

Possibly the most spine chilling place I have every paid to stay. You know it's bad when you are afraid to lie on the bed! The bathroom resembles what I can only imagine one would find in prison. Showering was not a possibility. An awful way to begin a trip to Alaska, please don't ruin your holiday by staying here!

The pictures when I reserved this room for a 5 night stay must have been taken decades ago. In 5 nights stay not once did housekeeping ever show up, we had to ask twice for clean towels & had to go to the office to get toilet tissue, no soap or towel racks or even a TP holder in bathroom....

We were in Alaska for 1 month. Because of needing a cheap place to stay for four days we choose this hotel. From the outside it looks like a big container. The service was very unfriendly and didn't speak a lot. We had a room with a shared restroom. The room was dirty but nothing compared to the restrooms. I...

I found the reviews so diverse that I struggled to determine if I had booked an appropriate place for my Alaska trip recently; as usual many of them I found a little unfair, given the price of this accommodation in what is one of the USA's most expensive states. Yes, it's a bit shabby; yes, the furniture in the rooms...

This hotel has a great deal of uniqueness and charm. The rates are very reasonable, the rooms comfortable, and the staff professional and friendly. The combo of price and other factors makes this a great value. It is also centrally located. I was extremely happy with the Russian Delicatessenbad cross the street. The hotel itself has a very artsy and...

I didn’t expect much from the place and as you know pictures can be deceiving but I was totally surprise how much I was deceived. A buddy and myself booked a 7 night stay for our annual Alaska fishing trip and this place disappointed us. I can stay anywhere and sleep anywhere but when I have to share a bathroom...

The hotel is pretty basic. The decoration is a mixture between modern and ugly furniture. You need to ask for towels and blankets, service is not so good. People staying at the hotel were kind of weird, but we can't complain: it was one of the cheapest options and we were able to rest!

From the time I entered to check in I felt this place had a very homey welcoming feel. The hotel attendant at the desk made me feel very welcomed. So much so that she actually got me money back for my reservation. She even was nice enough to upgrade my room... Def went above and beyond! *** The one big...
