Convenient location and friendly staff, but rooms were small and poorly equipped (no closet or place to hang a coat), no airport shuttle, noisy location near the railroad. Many other nearby hotels offer more for less.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights in June. This is a large hotel consisting of two towers. We were initially allocated a room in the West Tower - the wall paper was peeling off the walls and there was a constant noise all through the night from air conditioning units several floors below and from trains running in...

The check in staff were extremely rude and seemed to care very little about helping out guests. I felt like they did not have time for their guests. Next time I will look at other hotels rather than relying on reputation.

I hate to travel. With a passion. Did I mention I hate to travel ? My wife had been wanting a bucket list trip to Alaska for the past 6 years and I finally ran out of excuses not to go. Now, before I go any further, please give me my due for being able to avoid this for 6...

Very tired and disappointing hotel. Expected a good room but given a 'cupboard' on the 11th floor. Asked for a room change but still disappointed. We even offered to pay for a better standard of room but this was the best they could give us. 3.30pm and we're still waiting for our room to be cleaned. Breakfast was slow -...

Spent one night at hotel, room was spotless, beds were comfortable - good location to everything in town. Staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. Was able to move around town easily from the hotel, very well situated to everything.

Pro: friendly, helpful staff, convenient location. Con: Older hotel, small, cramped room, no closet, not even a place to hang a coat or set a suitcase. No in-room amenities common in other hotels. No airport shuttle. Noisy downtown location near railroad. Many nearby hotels offer better value for less money.

I'll get the positives out of the way early: 1. The breakfast (the standard $20 Hilton charges for it's breakfasts unless you have it included in your rate or have status to choose points or breakfast) makes the standard for a 4 star hotel. Very kind staff that you can tell is happy with their job. Anna was a huge...

This hotel was included as part of our tour. Very clean and within walking distance to many places. The hotel has a coffee bar and a small retail shop in the lobby. The front desk staff was professional and friendly.

The hotel is in need of some renovation. While the bed was comfortable and the bathroom area was well lit and modern. The HVAC unit was very noisy when it came on periodically. We tried to order a pizza for the kids from room service, calling 3 times over a 15 minute period. We also tried calling the front desk....
