The staff at the front desk were just excellent at accommodating everyone's needs. I had left my backpack on a taxi ride and they did everything to help me retrieve it. There was a successful ending and I just want people to know how kind they were.

We were greeted with big welcome and an appropriate reason as to why we could not check into our room. We asked if we could set up office to do some work and the staff was quite receptive. In evening there were freshly baked cookies and fresh coffee. definitely place to return to!

Great value with friendly service. Rooms were very clean and the complementary breakfast was awesome. The staff were very courteous and really helped with suggestions for places to eat and visit. Would definitely stay again!

Fishing trip. My flight so I needed to spend the night in Anchorage. I usually try and stay with a Hilton Property. I was pleased with my shot say. Shuttle service could have been a little faster, but in their defense it was late.

Found a deal on tripadvisor for this hotel and called the number listed for the hotel to ask if they had shuttle service from the airport since I was arriving at midnight by myself. The check in process was slow and delayed by a couple of hours. The staff was nice and allowed us to store our bags. The free shuttles were really nice and took us to the downtown area and the airport. The rooms were comfortable.

We stayed here one night before our flight out of Anchorage. It's a nice place with a friendly and helpful staff. Room was good size and clean. Didn't get a chance to try breakfast because of our early flight, but the coffee was ready and hot. Like most Hamptons it's not very fancy, but still a nice place to stay.
