Stayed at this hotel twice within a month and the one visit was 5 days. The hotel is very up to date, centrally located and with all the amenities you need. After checkout I realized we had left some medication in the room once we reached the cruise port. I called the hotel and spoke with Rachel. They checked the room and located it for us. She then had it put in a Lyft and sent to us at the cruise port. Rachel went above and beyond for her guest and we greatly appreciated it!
We stayed here while visiting Seattle. Good location, safe area. Uber rides were about $10-20 depending on the time of day into downtown. Staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast area is either continental or you can order off the menu. I recommend ordering off the menu. It’s cheaper with better selection. They were out of some items while we were there. The service is a little slow but they only had one guy to sit, serve, and bus tables. They really could use another person there. But the food was good when it arrived. There is a cafe/coffee shop right next door that is a good alternative also. Housekeeping was not cleaning rooms but with Covid that seems to be the new normal. Parking in the garage was easy with plenty of room. We prepaid parking and it’s what you would expect for city parking. If I’m the Seattle area again I would definitely stay here again.…
We were delaying our arrival time but our spirits were splinted by the check in team with their caring and concerned attitudes, we were only there for 1 night but they made you feel like you could stay forever. Then the rooms, amenities and over decor was as pleasing as our check in experience. Breakfast was not your normal grab and go, you got real good food and great service. Thank you, if we return to Seattle your hotel will be our first choice.
Great location, great service, great amenities, great spaces on the lobby to hang out or eat and great rooms, spacious and clean. Rooms don't have great views (we got one at the back) but it doesn't really matter because there is not much to see in Seattle that is interesting around the area of the hotel. Location is great because it is surrounded by everything and anything you might need from food to groceries, to bars, to offices, etc. Amazing service from the front desk, specially by the manager.
My stay at the Hilton Garden Inn was a very comfortable and seamless stare. There are many signs like a lot of places that are struggling with staffing. If you can do things on your own please do this stuff has a lot of things going on and they are very busy. Kindness goes a long way as well as saying hello and have a good day I’m sure they appreciate you as a customer, being kind being patient! I don’t do housekeeping I know the struggles that they go through and it’s a very difficult job so the less I can do for them the better for them. The front office manager Elizabeth having to work herself when I experienced my stay, that is crazy she needs help she needs a staff to help her!
Incredible working staff very helpful with tourist sites. Excellent room accommodations and amenities. Breakfast services were outstanding with waiter (Jay L) and nighttime bar services with local brew. GM Rachel was very patient with assisting with our LYFT app. Her dining restaurant was a winner (DUKES)! Easy walking distance to many tourist sites. Friendly accommodating staff customer first motto. I highly recommend my family and friends to utilize this hotel in the future. We look forward to visiting once again due to a memorable vacation...MAHALO (thank you)!
Wife and her 90 yr old mother stayed prior to a bucket list trip to Alaska. They were warmly greeted and allowed an early check in because of mother's advanced age. I always stay at Hilton properties and don't always write positive reviews because they are not deserved. This property and their front desk and management team deserve to be commended for making everyone feel welcomed and appreciated. This property is perfectly located and is one we will use again. Special kudos to Ms. Elizabeth who took special time for my wife and her mom. Corporate: This is one employee who has what it takes for your business. Promise her!
Nice hotel in a perfect location. Unfortunately I was checked into the wrong room but my stay was awesome. My room had everything I needed.my trip also went as planned.surely this hotel is recommended
Stayed here with husband for our late anniversary trip for 4 nights in downtown Seattle. Great place to stay since we’re in the middle of everything! Lots of tea shops, cafes, museums all within few minutes of the Hilton Garden. Room was very clean and comfortable bed. Would stay here again next time when I’m visiting Seattle.
From the moment we walked in we were greeted with a warm welcome. The front desk lady ( I'm so sorry I didn't get her name) was very attentive and polite. She answered all my questions and gave us coffee shop ideas. Upon entering our room 712 I did inspection of the room (considering I'm a executive housekeeping manager) and the room passed with flying colors. Not only did it smell clean but it was actually clean. We had a corner room and it was lovely. The room was quiet, the only noise we heard was from sirens from the street below. We will defiantly be back to this property. We felt safe and it felt like home away from home. Thank you everyone for making our stay wonderful.
