Picked this hotel as it is right across the street from the Space Needle and Seattle Center. We arrived at 530PM and were told that housekeeping was running behind and our room would not be ready for 2 hours! Being that check in was at 4 PM, I was extremely disappointed. Ashley

Awesome location. Brand new clean and spotless. Great breakfast spread included with the room price. The free shuttle is good although its the smallest of any hotel offering this service. Our group of 8 needed to be brought around in two trips. Its a shame though that for a

They didn't have valet when I was there last month. The self parking, in the basement, is thirty-something dollars a night. It wasn't free to hotel guests.

I've found that most hotels will hold arriving mail for future guests. I would suggest you call or email and let them know to be on the lookout for the package.

The hotel has a shuttle service that only runs in a small area downtown. A cab from the airport will be $40-50. The pier area is not really within walking distance and too far for the hotel shuttle. A cab from the hotel to pier was approximately $15 and we gave the drive $20 because we had lots of luggage.

No shuttle for the airport; only for local sites in downtown. We used Lyft and was able to schedule our ride to the airport a day in advance.

Our hotel has accessible studio suites with two queen beds and accessible one bedroom suites with two queen beds. Our studios would not have a door between the bed and living areas and only have one TV that swivels so that it can be comfortably watched from either area. Our one bedroom suites with two queen beds do have a door between the bedroom and the living/kitchen area. In this room type, there are two televisions- one for each room.
