The location (smack within walking distance to ALL of Seattle's main downtown attractions) - T-Mobile Park & Lumen field are both just a few blocks away. Pier's, boat tours, aquarium is even closer and Market is less than 15 minutes away, again within walking distance, so no need to fight for parking, get your steps in. Now about the hotel. Truly AMAZING staff. Super friendly, accommodating and willing to sit or stand and chat, get to know you and offer great suggestions on your stay in Seattle. The room, ambiance and Polar Bar are all just very, very cool (no pun intended) but if you're into a little history, while you stay to relax, play or even work while in The Emerald City, THIS is the place to be. Sure chain hotels are good, but this little gem, you'll be impressed. They do a phenomenal job by taking care of the little things. Love the towel animals and personalized notes the team leaves each time we returned. Those little touches, just put smiles on our faces every day.

Had a 2 night stay here on Friday/Saturday. I rarely give 5 star ratings but this property deserves it. Staff was very responsive to communication before arrival and during. Inna was very helpful at check-in and sent messages/calls to make sure my stay was good.

Room: I was upgraded to 1015 with the balcony. I found the room nice with historical touches. Bed was comfortable. This faces 3rd but the noise was limited and I am a light sleeper.

Polar Bar: Good happy hour and very helpful staff.

Juno: Breakfast was very good and as a diamond member was given $14.00 per person towards anything on the menu.

This would be my first choice if staying downtown.

We stayed at the Arctic Club hotel from April 28 to May (4 nights/5 days), after disembarking from a repositioning cruise through the Panama Hotel.
We arrived mid morning and spoke with Jon. Very kind, very helpful, he held our luggage until our room was ready.
The lounge/bar area is very ornate with true to period decor. Very much 1920s vibe.
Booked into 702 - loved everything about the room.
The frosted glass bathroom door, the size of the bathroom and how it was decorated and accessorized, showed amazing details.
We had a King Size bed, and our windows overlooked the 3rd floor ballroom roof.
We requested that the Gift Basket and Mini Fridge be emptied, and our request was quickly fulfilled.
The Arctic Club Hotel is just across the street from Seattle's LRT, so moving around downtown was quick and easy. Also, because we are Seniors the buses were $1 USD, the Monorail $1.75 USD, and we paid $2.25 USD to go to the Mariners Ball park.
The hotel is also along a major bus route, so access is right outside the front doors.
You are a 9 block walk from the Pike Place Market, about a 15 minute walk to the Aquarium.
There was lots to see and do in the surrounding area.
Bed and pillows were fantastic!
We also spoke with Kevin (Front Office Manager), and he took us to view the Ballroom on the 3rd floor. This space is absolutely stunning, and would be a great place to have a wedding or reception in.
The only disappointment we had was ordering drinks from the bar. We found wait staff more interested in being on their phones, or leaving the area many times, rather than serving customers.
The drink prices are over the top. We were able to get Rainier Beer for $4 USD and a glass of House Red Wine for $8 USD at the Owl and Thistle pub (a 5 minute walk away).
So it's difficult to justify paying the highly inflated prices for drinks at the Polar Bar, and then having to pay an automatic 20% tip for zero service!
The Arctic Club Hotel is at the start of the homeless area. We had zero concerns
about roaming around the area.
We took in a Mariners game on a Monday night, and again zero safety concerns when we arrived back at the hotel at 10:00 p.m.

Some people love staying in historic buildings that have been re-made into modern-day hotels. I'm not one of them. Hilton did a nice job making this property decent given what they had to work with (smaller-sized rooms, old creaky/noise building). Overall the room was clean, staff was extremely friendly, and everything worked. But the elevator was noisy at night, street noise wasn't very well shielded, and the area is nice during the work day but a little shady at night. If you like historic architecture the lobby was gorgeous, as is the outside of the building.

Every time I stay here, I am first greeted by the attentive Valet staff who also take very good care of my vehicle. Then the Front Desk staff welcome me back and always make a point to make me feel welcome. The rooms are always spotless and well stocked with items that I can buy if I desire. The location is pretty central and in walking distance to just about any activity you would like to do. T-Mobile park is a short 20 minute walk south and Pikes Place Market is the same distance north.

We were absolutely delighted with our stay at the Arctic Club Hotel! My husband and I often stay in Seattle when we attend a theater or sporting event. This was our first visit to the Arctic Club, but it will definitely not be our last.

The hotel is early 1900’s vintage and has beautifully restored to the original splendor! Every detail was impeccable. The woodwork in both the lobby and the rooms was perfectly restored, providing a warm welcoming atmosphere.

Just a couple blocks from Pioneer Square, the Arctic Club is walkable to both stadiums, as well as to the market and the waterfront! We used transportation only one time in our three day stay, only because it was late and we were weary.

The bar in the lobby was stellar. We enjoyed a drink and a late meal after a day enjoying the city. The atmosphere was elegant but very relaxed!

Our room, an Arctic King, was large and filled with amenities. It was impeccably clean. A delightful hot breakfast was included with our room.

We will definitely return and in fact, this will undoubtedly become our new Seattle favorite place to stay!

The Arctic Club is a beautiful historic gentleman's club. The gorgeous interior is decorated with Mission/Arts and Crafts era decor. Even the stairs are marble. The huge lobby was a great place for our extended family visits. We stayed at the Arctic Club for a nearby family wedding and reception.

The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of hot and cold foods. There was ample room for our family members to gather and visit over breakfast and linger with coffee and tea.
The hotel staff were ALL friendly, helpful, and gracious! The valet parking was well run, our car was well cared for for 3 days, and we could have it
brought around by simply texting when we needed it by.
Be aware this is downtown Seattle and there are homeless people everywhere. One should be street aware if walking around, but we felt completely safe. The Pioneer Square light rail stop is across the street from the ArcticClub. Many of our family members took that to and from SeaTac, which was quite convenient.
I highly recommend staying at the ArcticClub, you're in for a treat!

The pillows were the least comfortable pillows I've ever had in a hotel. It was a terrible sleep. They had zero complimentary Wi-Fi and I would have to pay $10 for a night. It's 2020 ffs you would expect more from a brand name hotel. But hey they offered me a cookie.

Our last hotel was a bust so we quickly rebooked and chose here because of the location and price. Never had a lasting experience at a hotel until now. The valets were amazing and so kind the entire trip and I loved the feature of being able to text/call to get the car. The front desk staff were so helpful and kind the whole time. The hotel room itself was actually really big and I was shocked at how well decorated and nice the space was. Housekeeping was great and they left a note each time with the temperature which was such a cute touch. Also the hotel smelled so nice? The breakfast is notably delicious and like 10 steps further than the normal continental breakfast (kinda still think about those potatoes and the pastries). We actually even skipped over having breakfast out some days because we were excited for the one at the hotel. Overall, such a wonderful place to stay and we’ll be staying there for any future visits.

We stayed at the Artice Club for a weekend getaway. Paying $300 a night one would expect that housekeeping service and water in the room. But these things were not included. We were out all day and removed our do not distrub sign with the assumption that house keeping would come in make the bed, that's part of the fun of staying at hotel? When we returned in the early evening we found our room must as we left it. It was only when I called the front desk that I was told they don't offer housekeeping services for two night stays!!!! This would have been to know up front. The hotel also didn't offer water for the rooms, the option was to spend $8 on mini bar water. Lastly and probably the largest reason for the poor review is Valet scratched our car. We know have large black streak on our front bumper that was not there prior to our stay.
