We stayed 2 nights w our 9 year old son. The room was beautiful, gorgeous view of the Space Needle. Great bathroom. The staff was one of the friendliest and most attentive I’ve ever had in my extensive travels. Everyone one of them! Highly recommend!
Pan Pacific employees treated us amazingly! Great service! Room was amazing with a spectacular view of the Space Needle! Rob, the GM, Bjorn, FD Mgr, and all staff treated us like VIPs. Will definitely come back and stay here! Breakfast was delicious as well! Coffee was fantastic and beds comfortable. Travelled with my 16 year old to check out the University of Washington! Great location, things to walk to and places to see! Definitely 5 stars! Thank you!
Excellent location! Spacious room! Big shower and soaking tub! Views of city! Clean! Worthy of special occasion stay! We were here for our wedding night escape and Pan Pacific was the correct choice to choose! They provided complimentary Prosecco to help us celebrate our wedding night!
What a welcomed oasis - after spending 7 interesting days on a NCL Alaska cruise - it was wonderful to have this lovely place to come to relax. Everything was perfect, from checkin to checkout. The interiors are beautifully appointed (I specially loved the statue of the 3 ladies) the staff - especially Earnest and David - professional, helpful and friendly. The rooms are gorgeous, the views of the city great and my husband fell in love with the bathtub— the best ever! He claims. Pan Pacific has earned themself two lifelong friends. Bravo!
For the $400.00 plus room a nice, we were disappointed. Upon check-in we stated we would like our room refreshed each day. We watched her note it on the computer. After a full day of sightseeing the next day. We returned back to our room early evening and it was not touched. Hotel does not have a grab-to-go. They have a VERY small restaurant that is overly priced. Only 1 pizza restaurant near by and it was nothing to write home about. No ‘normal’ type of restaurants nearby to eat at. So, you would have to Uber to grab any decent food. Upon check in. For it to be a luxury hotel, we were not given any overview of amenities, pamphlets or nothing. We had to ask for a map. Also, upon arrival from the airport the front door gentleman didn’t offer us help with our 8 bags of luggage. But, we did witness him offer a younger man help with his 1 and only bag(carry on size) help with his luggage. We had to chuckle. Overall cleanliness of the room is 9 out of 10. The rooms are outdated considering it to be a luxury hotel. We’ve stayed all over the world at luxury hotels. This is our least favorite.…
Great service by staff from valet, front desk, and bell staff. The Restaurant is quite nice in the morning with a few creative takes on reliable breakfast standards. Really the location is nice just above a Whole Foods Market and walkable area. The room with a view of the Space Needle was superb. We spent some downtime when not sight seeing to just sit quietly in the room and reflect on the structure in all times of day & night.
I read several reviews about this hotel before booking. There was several mentions about how hospitable the staff was. I thought to myself as I read it, how could they be any more hospitable than any other place? Well, now I know. Mark and Dave (I think that's his name), the bellman always made me feel special. Earnest went way above the call of duty to make sure I had with regard to receipts for my employer. Everyone I encountered was extremely cordial while maintaining their own authenticity. I was sad to leave. Also, the bed and pillows were so comfy and the soaking tub was a guilty pleasure. Bathroom well equipped and even had a scale. And I loved how convenient Whole Foods is. I love this hotel!
The hotel really isn't up to the standards I would expect. The overall design of the hotel is quite good and well maintained, though a bit dated. We paid $75 to have our pug with us. No dog dish, treats or anything else, which one really expects at a good hotel. Maybe it's the pandemic? We were on the top floor and had good urban views. Big soaking tub and great water pressure. You can open the sliding doors and bathe with a view. Unfortunately, the toilet is visible from the living room in that case. Linens are getting a bit tired and the robes have seen much better days. The coffee maker doesn't have any logical place to put it and they didn't provide enough condiments. The refrigerator is stuffed with booze, etc. but is small enough that there isnt' room to keep much of anything else in it. Staff was attentive and helped with issues about using the equipment in the room. They brought up extra chair so we could use the desk as a dining table. Had hoped to use room service but the menu was very limited. We bought takeout pizza from Tutta Bella which is very good Italian restaurant on the plaza level of the hotel. There is espresso service in the hotel restaurant and it's pleasant to sit in the lobby and have coffee or a drink. Also convenient that there is a Whole Foods in the complex. A good source for anything you may have forgotten, like tooth paste. You actually can reach from the hotel elevators by going thru the parking level. It's cheaper to just park in the garage than it is to pay for the hotel valet parking and there is very easy access to the hotel elevators from there. You should be able to get the hotel to validate. We were doing a staycation as we live in Seattle. It's actually in a good location as you avoid some of the unpleasant street life in the area around the main downtown hotels. There is a trolly system that you can use to get downtown.…
Loved our stay at Pan Pacific. We won an instagram giveaway and stayed Friday and Saturday this past weekend. The bathroom is amazing, loved the tub and ability to open the wall between the bathroom and bedroom. Also the fact that it was dog friendly! The bed was comfortable and the views were great! Really enjoyed the coffee in the room, as well as room service from the restaurant downstairs. Overall a great stay!
We had a wonderful stay at Pan Pacific Seattle. The location is extremely central and everything is in easy walking distance. Staff are extremely polite and sincerely cared about our wellbeing and nothing was too much trouble to ask for. Definitely recommended and can’t wait to return.
