Edward really went out of his way to make sure we had an incredible dining experience. He shared what was on special and what his recommendations were, the burger was superb and the purple reign cocktail was refreshing. Top shelf service all the way….
My husband and I visited the Hotel 1000 to celebrate our anniversary. Mike and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay feel special. We were upgraded to a beautiful room with a water view room on the 12th floor. The room was comfortable and well appointed, and the housekeeping staff was superb. We loved using the bathtub with the great view of the city. Given that the hotel is very centrally located in town (only a few minutes walk to Pikes Place!), we expected for there to be city noises. It was perfectly quiet! The only noise we had was the occasional firework from the stadium, and that was a nice, unexpected treat. Timothy at the front desk really went out of his way to make sure we were having a wonderful stay, and he gave us great tips for getting around town and places to visit. The whole staff was very pleasant, including the staff at breakfast even though they were short-staffed. The hotel is not fully operational at this time, so keep that in mind; it did not bother us. We will certainly return if our plans bring us back to Seattle.…
Edward was fantastic with his food recommendation. He was spot on with the oysters. He was so friendly and honest with us. As someone who works on customer service it was freaking to have some who cared for us as people and not just as a trip. I would come back just for him. :)
Staying at the hotel and had dinner at All Water Seafood And Oyster bar. The oysters were ok and the food was good however the real stand out was the exceptional service provided by Edward! He is obviously a professional and very good at his job! Servers like him are one in a million! We will be back just to have him as a server again.
After a nice art exhibit of Bansky, stopping in at All Water made the Friday night even better. The decor is stylish and welcoming. The wait was minimum without reservation. The oysters were fresh and flavorful to start. The poke was impressive. The steak Frites was such a nice entree. Edward my server was very welcoming and had good guidance for the cocktails. I ordered the Purple Reign. Simple elegant cocktail. My friend ordered the Shipwreck. A very fun looking and well crafted cocktail. I left full and happy. A nice mature Friday in Seattle.

From the cocktails (The shipwreck margaritas) to the main course, not much can compare. Edward was a pleasure to have as our waiter, he gets 10 stars. The food is incomparable. The quality, taste and quantity was beyond perfection. If ever in the Seattle area, would be back in a heartbeat! Thank you for a perfect ending to our vacation.
