This boutique style hotel in the heart of downtown Seattle is a hidden gem! Wow, we were so impressed with the service and rooms and attention to detail. We've stayed at many fine hotels all over the world including the Savoy in London and I have to say this hotel rates right up there with the best of them! The outside of the building was covered in scaffolding during our stay so it did feel underwhelming when we arrived but from the moment the staff approached us and took care of our luggage and vehicle we knew we were somewhere special. Stephen went above and beyond to make sure our e-bikes were stored safely each day and he was very efficient and so friendly anytime we needed something. All of the front door staff were so engaging and did such a good job with finding parking for our oversized truck and always there to help us with taking our E-bikes in and out of the hotel each day. Eric at the front desk was amazing and he made one of our nights very special by offering us complimentary wine to have in the lounge as it was closed the night we wanted to be there for drinks. Our rooms were beautiful! The attention to detail with our daily room service was the best we've ever experienced....our charging chords were wrapped neatly with little leather bands, fresh fluffy white towels replenished daily, our toiletries were all organized and the room felt spotless when we came in! So much so we second guessed if it was our room as we had left it in a huge mess. The bathtub is so unique with the faucet coming out of the ceiling! Loved the big glass window by the tub with the privacy shade. Beds and linens were extremely comfortable and luxurious. The location can't be beat as you are steps from Pike Place Market. Lots of amazing coffee shops and restaurants in walking distance. Highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a luxurious boutique hotel in the heart of Seattle. I would give it 5 stars!

From the moment we entered this hotel and were greeted at the front desk by a smiling Iris who went out of her way to spend time with us getting acquainted with the hotel and its services, we knew we had arrived at the right place to spend our last night in Seattle.
Andrea and Joanna also work the front desk and were very nice as well. Nikki at the bar served us Pacific Oysters and me a Manhattan which was ridiculously tasty!
Max was there as well and must have overheard our conversation. He came over and spent some time with us engaging in some stimulating conversation.
The valet on duty (we did not get his name) was very attentive to our needs and continually held the door for us as we entered and exited the hotel.
The room was impeccable. We were upgraded to a corner junior suite with city views, floor to ceiling windows and a special bathtub. We could not have been happier.
We had breakfast at the hotel which was very good as well.
I highly recommend this hotel when visiting Seattle.

Hilton Diamond member and HFR booking. The hotel's concierge emailed us about a week before arrival, and I would suggest you use that connection to make breakfast reservations at All Water (if not done in Open Table). They're busy for lunch and dinner, so you'll need to book a table to avoid a wait. We arrived late at night to find the hotel's doors locked for security with no obvious way to call for assistance. We were able to enter using our digital key in the Hilton app, but if you arrive late and don't have that option then you might need to be creative. Staff did a great job of introducing us to the hotel and making us feel welcome. Though check-in staff knew all of the comps included with our booking and status, staff at checkout did not, needed to call a manager, and were very resistant to amending our folio. It took several tries to get things right, but our final bill was completely accurate.
We had several meals at All Water, and each was good enough to justify its price tag. Staff knew our names and my coffee order by the second day. Expect to spend about $60 for two. Rosebay's cocktails were also inventive and served in a cozy setting; however, the bartender was a bit friendlier to groups and big spenders than my wife and I (one cocktail each before out night out, so not a big order).
Our king bed deluxe water view room only had a partial view of the water, at best, so if that is important to you keep in mind we were on the 8th floor. You'll need to go much higher for an unobstructed view. Though some reviews noted cleanliness or stocking issues, aside from the glass in the bathroom (dividing walls) needing a scrub we didn't encounter any of that. The room was spotless, generously stocked with towels and mini-bar items, and Frette linens and Le Labo toiletries. Our bed was similarly comfortable to comparable hotels (e.g. Conrad, JW). We were also treated to a welcome amenity, a local bottle of red wine.
The hotel is easily walkable or a short ride to most of your likely destinations around Seattle. Umbrellas were available to borrow on rainy days. We never waited more than a few minutes for a rideshare. Though there are some homeless folks in the area, in the one instance where a young woman came into the lobby to escape a downpour staff addressed her with respect and compassion. All hotel staff were genuinely friendly and, with the exception of checkout staff and Rosebay, left a positive impression. We never had to look far to find help when we needed it.
There is a lot to like here, and we would consider staying again.

I have been a loyal Hilton customer for years and have stayed at more of their properties than I can count and I can confidently say I had some of the best service I have seen. When I checked in I was greeted by friendly and helpful staff then after settling into my room sparkling water and delicious Belgium chocolates were delivered to my room by another very friendly staff member. The room was very nice and the soft goods were unmistakably that of a premium Hilton property. The only criticism I have is something that is the fault of the original designers of the hotel and that is the ceiling-filled soaking tub. It is pretty cool, but in practice does splash everything around it. Other requested amenities were delivered to my room extremely quickly.
After relaxing for a while I decided to get some food and on my way down had a great interaction with Eric, who I assume is the night auditor. He was extremely helpful in tasteful restaurant recommendations and truly embodied the high level of service and professional appearance I associate with a premium Hilton property.
The on-site restaurant was very good. The 3-course meal on the menu was a welcome addition and something not particularly common in the Seattle area. The clams I had were exceptional, the halibut and risotto were delicious and the chocolate moose was very rich. The bartender who was serving me was what I could only describe as the perfect balance between good customer service and saltiness, fitting of a good bartender.
In conclusion, I was very happy with this property and with the prices I see it frequently listed at it is well worth it from a value perspective. I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting.

We had a fantastic experience at this hotel. Rooms are clean and spacious. Staff is friendly and very informative. The restaurant has an amazing breakfast. It’s not complimentary but I was able to use my credits for 2 meals each day. Even without those, the food would have been well worth the price. The location can’t be beat- almost every place we wanted to visit was within easy walking distance. One block from the waterfront, 3 blocks from Pike Place Market. Surrounded by great restaurants, museums and shops. What really impressed me was the housekeeping staff’s attention to detail. I stay in hotels all the time, and I’ve never received this level of service. This hotel is a must stay if you are traveling to Seattle. You won’t be disappointed.

I have spent about a week over 3 months at Hotel 1000 and for the most part, my review is extremely positive. My first experience in June, I had a beautiful room with a view of the water. Next up was 4 days in July. This room was also clean and comfortable facing 1st Ave. What I didn't know that trip was if you check in on the Hilton app, the front desk cannot upgrade your room. The staff was amazing and attentive. I had one more reservation for a Saturday night 8/26. On a whim I made another reservation for the Friday night 8/25.
Knowing I wouldn't check in until roughly 10pm Friday night, I called and spoke with Eric who advised that we were upgraded to a suite for Saturday night and would have a regular room for Friday night. OK cool. We "check out" Saturday morning and go out to kill time. Upon coming back at 4:30p, our new suite was not available and this is where things kinda went awry. The person working the desk was going to call housekeeping to put a rush on our suite while Eric looked to see if there was an available room. This was partly on us because I didn't want to first get into our room at 10pm after our concert. We ended up in an ADA room with the same view of the water as previous stays. Not much of an upgrade at all. Lastly, the restaurant/room service is limited for those that don't like seafood.
The staff that I have interacted with have all been very professional and friendly. The location is great for easy walking to Pike Place Market, Lumen Field and T-Mobile Park and other Seattle attractions.

Absolutely loved our stay at Hotel 1000. When we came to check in, we encountered Alexandra taking such great care of the person prior to us, and was equally amazing with our check-in experience. The room is gorgeous and clean. I love how everything in the room, like the slippers thoughtfully placed by the bed are all done with intention. And the little extra touches, like the lavender sachet is why this hotel is a step above others. I was surprised to find the restaurant All Water, at reasonable pricing and with the freshest seafood representative of the Pacific Northwest. We got to chat with Eric who provided us with all of his favorite recommendations and everything was a hit. We ordered all of the small plates including oysters which I definitely recommend if you want to try a variety of their offerings. We loved the Clam Chowder so much, we’re making it a point to grab some for lunch before we check out. At breakfast, Olivia took great care of us and my Salmon bagel again, was perfectly portioned, fresh and delicious. We’re didn’t get a chance to take advantage of their virtual golf but we’re excited to try it on our next visit to Hotel 1000!

I had a short business trip and decided to stay here. My choice was good. We stayed in the presidential suite which was on the top most floor. It was massive and had wonderful views. It even had a fireplace with real fire but well protected. We even had a jacuzzi in the main bathroom which itself was bigger than a bedroom. There was a guest toilet as well but the highlight was a separate cosy TV room which was different from the other living room. As a diamond member you get a total of 50$ for two people per night which you can utilize for your meal options including room service. It can barely get you a sandwich though. The staff are really awesome and a special note of praise for Iris and Destiny. They were such nice people and ready to help. You can walk from the hotel to the pier and Pike Market.

The hotel was located in a convenient location within a short walking distance of Pike’s Market, Westlake Center shopping, Pioneer Square and International District.
There was valet parking with convenient drop off along 1st Ave. staff were friendly but going to or calling the front desk was a lot faster than waiting for a chat response in the Hilton app.
We were given a room with a water view which was quite spacious and comfortable. A large king bed, corner couch and lots of built in closets. The bathtub was surrounded in glass with its own privacy curtain. The water filled the tub from the ceiling! Separate shower and toilet made this one of the larger bathrooms we’ve had in a room.
Our Keurig coffeemaker had some issues but no other problems at all with the room.
In the basement they had a medium sized gym with lots of cardio machines and the weights in the corner. There were both dumbbells from 5-50 pounds and a weight stack machine with a solid adjustable bench. A water cooler, recycling bin for used headphones and a refrigerator holding cold towels rounded out the room. It made for a good early morning workout.
For those golfers there were two golf simulators that could be reserved for an hour at a time. Golf clubs, balls and free to use. We gave it our best shot on one off the Hawaiian golf courses and hit the maximum number of attempts for each hole! If we stayed longer drinks and snacks could be delivered.
Overall a nice addition to the Hilton family.

We absolutely love Hotel 1000. We’ve come and stayed a few different times, most recently last night, and have left feeling relaxed after a parents night away.
The hotel itself is in a prime location and is modern and clean. The rooms are amazing, the restaurant and bar are fantastic, and the staff….they are THE best.
Eric at the front desk was so helpful in making sure everything was perfect. Our first room didn’t have a tub, and I really wanted one, so he showed us a couple of other options and let us switch rooms - we essentially upgraded at no additional cost and he even brought me a bath bomb to use! This act of kindness and hospitality really made our evening special.
This hotel is embodies customer obsession, and in a world where majority of places dont, it really stands out. Thanks for always being a highlight when we get the chance to escape!
