Excellent stay!! If you want to be literally in the heart of the City, this location may not be for you, as its about a 1/2 hour walk to Pike Place or to the Space Needle, or a 15 minute drive. But considering how expensive Seattle is to park (as much as $40 a day), you can walk or take...

We've been there on the two firsts days of our trip and it was a very nice place to take the pulse of this big city. In a very quiet but active neighborhood, and a big old house surrounded by big trees and rhododendrons. The keepers welcome you at the moment you arrive and give you very precise explanations of...

We recently stayed here, and were delighted with the accommadations. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. The home was comfortable, with all the little extras anyone could want. Breakfast was wonderful. Close to buses to get you wherever you needed to go, or is within walking distance of downtown. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it !...

My wife said we "hit it out of the park" with our choice of 11th Ave B&B. Stayed in the Amethyst Room - small, but high in character and comfort. David, the owner, welcomed us and made everything easy. He even provided a couple sheets with recommended restaurants, sites, bus routes, and maps. Albert and Tominda are absolutely fabulous cooks,...

Vintage furniture, sweet little rooms, quiet neighborhood, delicious breakfast. We stayed for 2 nights in the 11th B&B and enjoyed it. The room was very clean, the 'receiption'was very friendly and helpful. We had a parking lot behind the house and walked downtown, came back home with the bus. And sitting at a big table with the other guests and...

We stayed at the 11th Avenue B&B in October of 2013 for a week. I just realized I never wrote a review! We stayed in the Diamond Suite. This was an excellent choice compared to a week at a typical hotel. We especially enjoyed being able to cook fresh seafood from the Pike Place Market. The bed was very comfortable...

We stayed here five nights while visiting our daughter who lives nearby. This is a very special place! Lovely quiet and clean rooms, interesting breakfast companions, delicious breakfasts, central location for sightseeing, parking (so important in Seattle) and a caring owner. Lots of early morning coffee and snacks helped with jet lag. There is an office room with computer and...

We stayed in the diamond suite. It was beautiful! Private outside entrance with a serene marsh and barn outside the front door. The furnishings were beautiful and the pictures on the website don't do it justice. The owner was very helpful and accommodating and they really thought of everything, even down to the makeup cleansing wipes in the bathroom. Breakfast...

Great value and location, we stayed two nights in the suite apartment. Very private apartment, on the ground floor in the back of the property, it has a separate entrance from the house. The apartment has a full-sized bedroom, bath, kitchen and living area. The kitchen is fully equipped and would be perfect for an extended stay in Seattle. If...

My sister and I came to Seattle for a family gathering. We stayed two nights at this B&B and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. David, the owner, was very accessible throughout the process from reservation to arrival. The Inn is located in a lovely residential area on Capitol Hill. There were many restaurants in the neighborhood...
