We arrived in driving rain - but were greeted with great warmth and umbrellas - plus for the first time at a B&B - the host carried our bags from the car, through the pouring rain, to our second-floor corner room. We arrived at 10:30PM and received a complete run-down on the amenities plus offers for something to eat and...

We stayed at the Shafer Baillie for three nights in mid-November. From the time we checked-in until the time we left, we enjoyed the friendliness of the staff, the fine accommodations and food and the ambiance of the mansion. Our room was absolutely clean (cleaner than what I find acceptable) and everything was in good working order. The bathroom had...

I had the distinct pleasure of staying at 11th Avenue Inn in mid-September for 4 nights / 4 days on a quickly organized trip with my girlfriend. We stayed in the Diamond Suite and loved its combination of extra room and amenities. And overall, this fine B&B was as important and memorable part of our stay as the great weather...

We wanted to get out of downtown, so Capital Hill was the choice and we stayed at the 11th Avenue B & B. The room, Ruby, was great...good bed, nice sitting area. The food, breakfast was very nice, simple, good coffee. Ready for the day. Little bowl of snacks for afternoons and evenings...hot water for tea and coffee all day....

She really makes sure guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay. We stayed in the Sapphire room and it was just perfect for us. Quiet, clean and comfortable! Breakfast...

Stayed for four nights and it is so homey and delightful. It's in a great area, easy to find, easy to drive to. There is a lovely park walking distance away, just a couple blocks. It's a short walk downtown but had our car so easy to get around. The breakfasts were amazing. So delicious, and quite the variety. I...

This place is just what it claims to be on it's website. Homey with thoughtful touches and the location could not be better for restaurants, the light rail and buses. We stayed for 3 nights and the breakfasts were outstanding. We were in the Ruby room on the second floor at the back of the house. Very quiet, but I...

Breakfasts at the long communal table are delicious and generous. Location is so convenient to Capitol Hill activities, restaurants, Seattle sights, the light rail from the airport. What a find. So much...
