Blayne and Julie are very attentive to each of their guests. Their wonderful house is cozy as well as airy. Breakfasts are superb! They've thought of everything. We'll be back---I almost hesitate to tell everyone about them, knowing that it will be harder to book there once the secret is out!

We stayed 3 nights at Greenlake Guest House and it was awesome. The room was beautiful and very comfortable, the breakfasts were superb and the fresh baked cookies every evening were delicious. Julie and Blayne were great hosts and made us feel welcome and at home...actually better than home because no one pampers us like that at home. There is...

We spent two pleasant nights at Greenlake Guest House in late April. We could not have been more pleased. The guestrooms in the lovely craftsman bungalow had been very thoughtfully renovated to include just about everything a guest might want, from robes and flat-screen TV (and a huge DVD collection) to heated floors and a spa tub in the bathroom....

Greenlake Guest House is my B&B of choice when visiting Seattle. The owners/hosts offer friendly and professional service, immaculate and attractively furnished rooms/baths, and gourmet breakfasts featuring the freshest of fruits and other ingredients. Guests can read or play piano in sunny parlor overlooking Green Lake or play a more active role in the Lake scene, swimming in summer or...

My partner and I were so pleased with this Bed and Breakfast located directtly across from Green Lake in Seattle. The things that stood out the most to us were how kind the owners were and how impecably clean and organized it was there. That type of attention to detail takes talent. The breakfasts were delicious and restaurant-quality, not to...

We truly had a wonderful time at the Greenlake Guest House in Seattle. The location is perfect! Close to nearby dining and shops and, of course, the picturesque park right across the street. The innkeepers were attentive and charming and we enjoyed morning conversations with them over scrumptious breakfasts. The room was very quaint and had all the comforts of...

Very professional B&B hosts. Very clean, excellent breakfasts and a great location. Enjoyed the comforts of GLGH while attending a conference in the downtown convention center. Loved the fact that you could walk around in the nearby area and feel safe. There were lots of interesting places to see in and around the B&B. Taxis were easy to take and...

When we needed to attend a Seattle conference we opted for GLGH instead of the downtown conference hotel and were more than pleased. Comfort and true relaxation at the end of a hard day helped us maintain our enthusiasm. Breakfasts were worthy of photography and tasted every bit as good as they looked. And to top it off, Julie and...

I have stayed in GLGH several times in the past few months primarily for business and experienced three of their four guestrooms firsthand. This is a wonderful place to be for a long visit. Its neighborhood setting is safe for women traveling alone. You can walk to a restaurant or jog the path around the lake (which is across the...

Great location right on Seattle's trendy greenlake park, but still minutes from downtown. Julie and Blayne were extremely accommodating and professional. Breakfasts were first class! Definitely recommended and I will stay here next time I go to Seattle without a doubt.
