Came in late to the reservation, owners/workers stayed up and available to check my party in. Across the street of a fast food joint plus a market. Near the freeway too! Contained everything you need to rest well and wake up even better. Hot water and the smallest amenities present.
Located North of downtown on 99 in a decaying part of town. Room lacked a coffee maker but came with: a flat screen, frig, stove, sink, microwave. Single pillows, clean sheets, tired mattress. Minimal toiletries and Wi-Fi. On a budget? This is it.
Folks, I advise you to spend the few extra bucks and spend the night somewhere else. This hole in the wall hotel is one step away from a Norman Bates parody. The rooms are small, dark, and smelled like mildew. The shower was dirty and there was dried on juice crusted on the end table.
I stayed in the hotel for one night. Basically, this hotel provides basic accommodation and as such don't expect too much in terms of facilities and room level. However, the place is clean and quiet and breakfast is included, so if you're look g for a short budget accommodation in Nicosia, this hotel might fit.
I appreciate this family run business but wish they could move it to a new and better location. I chose this motel for a downtown Seattle conference because of it's good public transportation that would enable me not to have to pay downtown Seattle prices. The room and the staff were all comfortable, pleasant, and conscientious, but the streetwalkers right across the street were pretty disconcerting. Also, no amenities to note. There is, however, a well-rated and reasonably priced Thai restaurant right next door. Sawasdee Kap!
