The B&B was our centre for touring around Seattle, visiting museums, Boeing factory, Space Needle, Mt Rainer and other attractions. We stayed five nights. The hosts were brilliant, providing a very good breakfast, interesting conversation and lots of advice on what to see and how to get there. Even when a storm knocked out power in the area we had...

Even though we were in the loft it felt spacious and was a lovely room. The private garden room made it even more special. Our hosts were attentive and helpful in suggesting places to eat and providing information on how to get to attractions. We loved the area and will return.

Nice linens, pillows. water pressure, friendly. homey, and clean. Russell and Don hang back and let you make it your home away from home but are there if you need them. A nice alternative to chain hotels. Will return.

A wonderful place! As former innkeepers ourselves, we appreciate what's required to create a memorable guest experience and Russell and Don excel at it. We loved the third floor room with the private porch, immaculate bathroom and plenty of closet and drawer space. The whole house is lovely, beautifully decorated with antiques and art. Thoroughly enjoyed breakfast every morning, with...

We enjoyed a comfortable room with an updated bathroom. A private, enclosed porch enhanced a feeling of not being hemmed in. Furnishings were unique and appreciated. The experience resonated with charm, especially when compared with the slick and sterile offerings of most corporate hotels. The ground floor level easily accommodated other guests with a sufficient number of inviting chairs and...

We can only recommend this B&B. Very nice rooms in Avery nice and lively area a little outside side downtown. Our host was excellent and made sure our stay was great. One big plus is the breakfast which take place together with any other guest in the house. We enjoyed these breakfast talks with the other guest during our stay....

B&B on Broadway is a great location for exploring the interesting, funky neighborhood that is Capitol Hill. Russell is a very helpful host, and provided good advice on what to see and do in Seattle and Capitol Hill in particular, including restaurant recommendations. It's an old house -- so don't expect it to be the most modern, up-to-date sort of...

This is a beautifully furnished four room B&B close to food and entertainment, Russel is an excellent host. Good listener, bright, and lets the conversation flow. However, my partner and I got stuck in the parlor before dinner with Paul and he told us his whole life story including the part of how much money he had made selling and...

Russell and Don welcomed us to their beautiful home, where we stayed for a most enjoyable week. The house, built in 1906, is tastefully furnished, displaying our hosts' passion for fine art and antiques. Our room was very comfortable, with a large modern bathroom, a conservatory and a deck. There was plenty of space for clothes storage. The area is...

We had a great time at the B&B! Our hosts Don and Russel are so friendly and kind. They will give you advise about all kinds of restaurants, places to go and to see. The room we stayed in was very homely and clean. Every morning we would come down to the breakfast room and have a very nice breakfast...
