Very friendly staff at this facility. From housekeeping to front desk everyone is very helpful and nice. Management is doing a good job! The room is very comfortable, well furnished and the amenities are very good. Housekeeping is very attentive and accommodating when requests are left for them. The breakfast buffet is good considering it is included. The light dinner...

Spent 5 days at the Residence Inn in October and was very pleased with the entire experience. We had six women and a 17 month old in a two bedroom suite and it was more than enough room. We never cooked in the room, but filled our fridge to the brim. What a help that was with a small toddler....

After a glorious two week stay on Maui my husband and I booked 5 nights at the residence inn for shopping, etc in Seattle before heading home. The first two nights were great. Upgraded room with wonderful balcony and lake view. The trolley was super convenient and fun to ride to head uptown. Breakfast great. Housekeeping and cleanliness average. Furniture...

We found the hotel was great. There were 6 of us in total plus the family dog. The room was great as it had a king size bed for the grandparents and two queen size beds for the kids and their parents. Along with that a common area and kitchen. Great for a large crowd! Lots of room in total...

I stay at Marriott's several times per year and I really like the brand but I was seriously disappointed in the Residence Inn at Lake Union. The entire hotel is in desperate need of being remodeled and updated. Help, I've fallen in 1979 and I can't get up! Everything is old and tired with outdated decor and questionable cleanliness. The...

I think it must have been an Embassy suites before a Marriott property.Great size suites, comfortable for a several day stay. Fab free breakfast and even great free heavy apps in the evening on certain nites with free wine / beer. Front desk tries hard. Housekeeping staff are nice. Streetcar stop 1block away. Nice lake side location. Restaurants across the...

Average rooms, average customer service. Staff is alright but not willing to to go the "extra mile" to help you with a question/concern. Rooms were clean and the breakfast was hot and tasting though. Just make sure you check your room when you leave because getting the staff to check for personal belongings is a nightmare. Lots of miscommunication going...

My husband had a conference in downtown, but we needed a family friendly hotel to share with our two small children (6 months old and 4 years old). We reserved a one bedroom suite, but upon check in, they upgraded us to a two bedroom suite which was a great surprise!! It was perfect for us. A full kitchen/living room...

Staff were very friendly and helpful. many restaurants are located across the street, along with the streetcar that can you take to the shopping district.
