In middle of a stay at this hotel with my wife. Here are key things to know: POSITIVES: extremely modern and clean rooms and public areas; very friendly staff, pretty location across from Lake Union about 5-10 min ride from downtown Seattle CHALLENGES: No extra benefit to Marriott Gold members (breakfast is not free and at check-in I asked unsuccessfully...

Hotel was spacious and the hotel staff was really nice. They upgraded us to a view of the lake; however, it was actually kind of loud because the room was facing the street. Hotel is located near public transportation, and about a 15 minute walk to Pike Place.

No surprises here, a great stay at this Courtyard! We were in town for 2 days prior to boarding our cruise and we loved our stay. For two adults, a child and a senior; everyone was happy. The room was clean and nice size. The view of Lake Union from our room was beautiful and the location was great! Gym,...

We stayed there for three days last summer. This year my family still chose this hotel to spend our vacation. They have nice guest service and a very wonderful front desk team!!! There was a pity which was we didn't see the Chinese guy. I think his name is David? Last year his excellent service and smiles let my family...

Thank you for sharing your recent experience at our hotel on Trip Advisor! We are so glad you chose to return to our hotel this Summer! While we do miss David's cheerful energy at our front desk, he has completed his internship at our hotel and returned to his home-country to further pursue his studies and his career. We are...

We have stayed at Marriott all over the world and honestly, we had our expectations pretty high. This place was a disappointment. They do not have a lounge, breakfast is not included for Gold Members, we did not get a newspaper in the morning, parking is quite expensive...

My 18 year old nephew and I recently spent 3 nights at Courtyard-Lake Union. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff was especially helpful and friendly. They accommodated a connecting room request (even with a late arrival), helped schedule a whale watching tour and overall very friendly. The rooms were very nice, clean, and well maintained. The surrounding area has...

My family and I came to Seattle over the 4 th of July and could not have booked a better hotel. Also we were able to walk to the space needle, chihuly, emp, artist playground. There r several great restaurants within walking distance. Would def recommend this hotel over the waterfront Marriott.

Love the Marriott chain, wasn't so sure about staying at a Courtyard for a work trip, but it's busy season in Seattle in June so this was the best rate. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice it was and the location is awesome. Right across from the Lake. I tried to stay there again on my trip back, but...

Walked to Seattle center and Lake Union and nearby bars. Short cab ride to Fremont and not far off bus lines to wherever want to go in Seattle. Nice to have breakfast included and a good breakfast. Expensive, but so is everything in Seattle.

Stayed at this hotel for few nights. The rooms are big. Staff are pleasant. Has an indoor pool and gym. It's far from downtown Seattle. Has nice view of the lake so ask for a room that faces the lake. Parking though is a different story. They have limited slots in the basement so it can get frustrating finding a...
