Front desk friendly good stay except for trash trucks in alley at 0300. Able to check in early. Took light rail from airport, walked to pike place market. Walking distance to restaurants. Felt safe during the day.

The customer service from everyone at the front desk was amazing. I was very impressed with their professionalism and politeness. The valet parking was $45 a night, but very convenient. I appreciated the night time security since the aggressive homeless population in this area is an issue. The rooms were newly renovated, nicely decorated and very clean. The gym was nicely equipped and also very clean. Large windows in the room were great. And every interaction I had with the front desk staff was exceptional.

We have stayed here before and enjoy the location. It is convenient for a pre-cruise hotel. The rooms are nice and sometimes have a harbor view. The service is friendly and good, with a security guard at the front door.

Stayed here on a visit to Seattle during the busy summer months. The location of this hotel is outside of the main downtown, close to the stadium and unfortunately close to some homeless areas. However to set expectations this is the same as Portland. The room we had was great, two queens on a high floor with the view of the street down below. parking was expensive but we were able to snag a parking spot every night on the street to the side or nearby. Hotel staff are nice and friendly. Room was not cleaned but we didn't want anyone coming it as it was the tail end of the pandemic. Ice machines on every floor and elevator service was fast. There is breakfast available at a cost. However it can get costly. Coffee shops are across the street and a couple blocks down if you don't mind walking. We were able to visit downtown using electric scooters and ride around almost every where.

If you’re looking at staying at this hotel and have hopes of a good (might I even say decent) pool experience - this place is hard pass. There was no hot tub and the pool was about the size of a small living room. Our corner room was clean enough - but overlooked an ally where it was lined with trash and homeless people. It’s walking distance to the Lumen Stadium and the market, which was convenient for this trip. We stayed two nights/3 days and had to ask for room service and clean towels the 2nd day. We won’t be back.

Not sure why they have to ack like you’re here to steal their rooms. Kudos Raul in keeping his hotel secure from us CUSTOMERS WHO ARE PAYING YOUR SALARY. This representative upon arrival seems to be very arrogant and keen on being the full boss of all the reps at the desk. He is very controlling and insist that everything is done exactly his way, on his timing and when he says so. Very uncomfortable to watch and listen to.

The room was rather small but suitable for a short stay in Seattle. The bed was the highlight—extremely comfortable. All the amenities one can ask for was provided. I did not use the fitness center or pool but they do exist. The pool was more a large hot tub based on its size. The fitness center had several treadmills along with stationary bikes, elliptical machines and a free weights section. I really enjoyed their green tea infused toiletries, though the shower head pressure was quite weak. Conveniently located a few mins from the pioneer square station and ferry terminal. About 15 mins walk to Chinatown and in the opposite direction Pike Place Market. The location is rugged. Lots of homeless and mentally unstable cats roaming around especially on Third Ave, with a few tents pitched in the sidewalks. Walk around at reasonable hours in well lit areas, avoid sketchy folks just cross street if you feel uncomfortable, and be aware of your surroundings and you’ll be fine.

This Courtyard hotel has a fine building recently converted to a hotel. Furniture and fixtures are relatively new. The property is in the heart of Seattle’s street camping area. Seattle’s policy of housing large populations on its streets has had an especially bad impact on this property. The front door is always locked and there is always security. It feels like a lockdown to enter and leave. I checked in online and the app said my mobile key am was in progress but it never arrived. I inquired at the front desk and was told they don’t send mobile keys so they can give guests an “orientation.” We received the delay but no orientation. Corners and sills in the room were especially dirty. The alarm clock was 20 minutes off. If you must stay in Seattle and you want to be near the stadium this can be an ok hotel. Best to avoid Seattle, especially downtown, until it comes to its senses.

I had read almost every review on Tripadvisor about this hotel before we arrived. I almost cancelled my reservations based on the reviews. Yes, there is a lot of homeless in the surrounding area. We didn't have a car and walked everywhere the four nights that we spent here. We were traveling with another couple who were also senior citizens and we put in close to 20,000 steps a day walking to Pike's Market Place and several other places in the city. We were just a couple blocks from the light rail station so we were able to get all over the city easily. We returned our car rental the first day to the car rental agency at the airport and took the light rail back to our hotel. We were able to walk to the Amtrak station (about 4 blocks away) on our last day to leave on the Amtrak. We paid a little more and got an oceanview. We had a port hole on one side of the room that looked out towards the water and a big picture window across the other side that had a view of the city. We were either on the top floor or the next one from the top so our views were outstanding. I brought a pair of binoculars and looked out our windows every night at all the activity in the city. The room was spacious and had a sitting area with a small love seat and another chair by the port hole. Although, we didn't get daily cleaning due to the virus, we were able to get our trash picked up every day and fresh towels when we needed them. I would definitely stay here again if I am ever in Seattle again.
