I felt that everyone we interacted with at the Maxwell/ Stay Pineapple was excellent. We benefited greatly from the willingness of the team to accommodate our early check in and babysit our bags. They served delicious coffee and provided comfy clean beds and bedding. We liked the unique perks like the bikes, pineapple infused water, cookies, drink coupons and spacious lobby. I’d stay here again.

Stayed overnight prior to leaving on a cruise. This property is so cute and the little touches are perfect. My kids and I both enjoyed picking out a beverage upon check in, and the pineapple cookie was so yum. The beds were super comfy and the rest of the room was immaculate.

We have traveled all over and this hotel is the friendliest around. The staff are extremely nice and accommodating. The rooms are very cute and clean. My kids said this was their favorite hotel. They especially loved the pineapple cookies at check in.

We booked a room for the evening after we got off of our cruise. The hotel is a very short way from the docks so it was the perfect location for us. Our flight home was canceled and the staff here did everything they could to accommodate our family for an additional night while we waited to get home. The rooms are fantastic! The beds are like sleeping on a cloud with a cloud covering you. Everyone gets their own puffy comforter! No sharing necessary! The rooms are super clean. The towels are amazing and huge! The pizza from the restaurant downstairs was delicious. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Don't hesitate. Book today!

Second stay here and just as good as the first. Secure parking, right across from Ballet and opera a nd a block away from Climate Pledge. Rooms are comfortable and quiet and there are good food choices nearby. Rates are reasonable for a big city. Complimentary water and two free drink and a pineapple cookie complete the experience. Inside parking is tight for a small pickup but outside parking is available and feels secure as well.,

This was our second visit to the Maxwell hotel in Seattle Washington. My husband is wheelchair-bound and we stayed in the same ADA room as last year. The room was a good fit for us although the beds were way too high even for my almost 6 foot husband to get into. The staff were extremely gracious in letting us use the lobby area to visit with our son and his family each day. The pool was great for our four-year-old grandson and he was tempted to see grandma and grandpa with the offer of the delicious pineapple cookies each day! We have decided that whenever we come to Seattle, the Maxwell will be our hotel of choice.

Well... they take pineapples very seriously. Hop you like them ;) All that said, the bed was comfortable and it was quiet. The room could use a little TLC but it was fine. The front desk staff, each one of them, was probably the best part. Very helpful with great personalities.

Lol...the hotel is a great place from the front desk to the room. The whole place has a fun vide. The do not disturb sign doesn't say that it says. " I'm Naked (please go away)...something different and funny.
