The front desk staff at Ck out, was amazing; so pleasant, helpful, & accommodating. We valued the relaxed casualness of your staff; it’s so much more inviting than stiff & formal. We missed having coffee in the rooms in the morning but enjoyed americanos from the coffee bar.

Hotel's Favourite
This stay at the Palihotel in Seattle was our 3rd experience with Palihotels, and it did not disappoint! First, the location was incredible, you are right in the epicenter of activity...Pike's market is right outside your doorstep along with all sorts of dining and shopping options. You're also waking distance to the ferries, which made it very easy to take a day trip to Bainbridge Island. In addition, you're a short drive or doable walk from so many other points of interest, including the Space Needle, Chihuly Gardens, Pioneer Square, etc. As has been our experience, the rooms were so unique. We rented the bunk room for our teens and had an adjoining King room that was super comfy. This brings me to the staff Jemella and her team were incredible. When we checked in, I informed them that we had requested an adjoining room for our teens, when she saw that it was booked improperly, she made the changes necessary to meet our needs. They were all so friendly and helpful! Two watchouts -- parking is a bit pricey (you park at a garage a few blocks away) and the restaurant is currently understaffed, so service takes a long time. Don't let these two challenges dissuade you from staying here though, we had an amazing stay!

The decor and finishes were all lovely, food at the restaurant is great, but our room was really not ideal. Being on the back alley there was noise all day and night and we looked directly into someone's office. Dumpsters were emptied twice nightly (just after midnight and around 5am). So loud it always made me think the windows were open. For the cost it's just not worth it.

Front desk was kind, virtuous and professional on arrival. Check out was yuck and easy. Style of the hotel was very cool. Location obviously great. Wish I could say the same for the restaurant but that’s not the hotels fault.

This was an OK place to stay, close to Pike's market and Warf attraction. Staff was helpful, but no parking onsite. It does have an adjacent restaurant, which is quite good. There are several places close by to grab a bite to eat. There is no view from the room. Was expecting a little more value for the price paid.

Such a cute little hotel. Staff was very friendly and you can’t beat the location! Parking was fine too, they don’t have hotel parking but you get a discounted overnight pass in a parking garage nearby.

Beautiful hotel, anything that did come up they fixed and went above and beyond. I need to speak highly of Colin one of the front desk staff. I had an early flight out and forgot my wedding ring in my room. Colin went up twice to look for it and found it Then put it in the hotel safe. Ryan the manager made sure my ring was shipped out safely. Thankfully it did make it back to me. This was a great experience and they were very accommodating and caring.

I chose the Palihotel Seattle because of its walking distance to the Convention Center where I had to be for my work. I couldn’t made a better choice, the hotel and its cosines helped me to relax and feel at home because of its beautiful decor, nice staff, great restaurant and what I especially appreciate - a pleasant smell. Plus side: Proximity to the monorail and light rail Public market is just around the corner - pretty much most of the hot spots are reachable on foot Great decor and smell Tasty restaurant with great breakfasts, reasonably priced Spacious rooms with functional bathrooms Bathrobes you want to take with you (and you can buy these, just make sure you have enough space in your luggage) Which brings me to: well equipped rooms with good quality elements Manager and majority of the staff is super helpful and friendly; I’m so bad with names, but the evening shift and the early morning cafe employees were true stars and thank you for being so kind and helpful. Same goes for room service that does a fantastic job, keeping the room extra clean and fragrant Minuses It might get loud - we had some very loud guests in a room next to ours; thank god for being so jet lagged it took me just one second to fall asleep, but in every other case that would have been a problem Same for outside traffic - of course it’s a big city that lives, but if you’re a light sleeper, it’s good to keep that in mind The neighborhood isn’t the safest; many weird behaving individuals around the hotel, which is unfortunately a sad reality to many places and there’s not much hotel can do about, but again please make sure you remember that while planning your night escapades One point that was solved instantly, but I see it in other reviews: yes, there was some trouble with one member of staff, but happily it was quickly resolved and addressed by management and other employees, so I would say they try to keep this at a great quality level and try to make your stay as nice as possible.

What a very thought out and amazing review of our property. We can see that you really took the time to think of everything you loved, and didn't love so much, about our hotel and put it in to your review. Thank you so much for taking that time out of your day as we really appreciate it. We hope you can make another visit to Seattle outside of work this time. We will be waiting.
