The Charter Hotel in Downtown Seattle is my most favorite hotel to stay in Seattle. I go to Seattle very often primarily for business and there is no other hotel I prefer to stay. It’s super close to the financial district and right next to the Pikes Market/shopping/tons of restaurants etc. it’s super convenient. Plus the staff is so very nice and the rooms are top notch and beautiful. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are large and modern. Great place to stay.

Hotel's Favourite
This beautiful hotel is an absolute Must Stay! I can't say enough great things about the experience I had at The Charter Hotel Seattle in Seattle, WA. in August 2021. What a gorgeous property!!! The entire staff throughout every part of the hotel from the time I valeted my car and checked in until checkout was absolutely FANTASTIC!!!! The room was also fantastic with a great view of the city. Also, every meal I had at the hotel was delicious and the service first class! Plus, the Fog Room rooftop bar was incredible and the views breathtaking!! My clients were so impressed. Along with the laughs I shared with the bartenders and servers which were priceless. I would also like to thank Mike the hotel General Manager for assembling such an amazing team from A to Z! Thank you again Charter Hotel Seattle for making my stay wonderful and memorable. I'm already looking at dates for a return visit this fall. See you soon.

This hotel was in the ideal spot for to access the most well known spots in town on foot! We walked easily to Pike Place market, the original Starbucks, and the monorail stop that goes to Chihouly museum, Space needle and MoPop! The room was very nice with clean confortable beds and linens. Staff were all prompt, kind and helpful. The only missing accomodation was the option for a working fridge. If you travel with anyone needing a special food or refrigerated medicine, that can be hard. They had bagged ice, so we improvised. Not unique to this hotel, but just so travelers are aware, there are many additional fees on dining and staying in the area. But again, the hotel staff at the desk were great and made sure that they were transpatent and fees were explained. They give you a daily dining/snack credit to make up for this as best they can. We loved visiting Seattle and would absolutely stay here again

This place was amazing and I loved the central location to the market and all things easly accessible downtown. The room was very nice and I loved the large television. The food for breakfast was great and u would have had dinner but I stayed on a Monday and the fog rom was closed. Imani at the front desk was a stand out in wonderful customer service and made sure I had a good visit. Highly recommend this hotel from Hilton.

This hotel has a great location. It's an easy walk to Pike Market and the waterfront. The rooms are very pleasant and the beds comfortable. Great shower also. The Fog Room on the top floor is a very cool bar, with good views. I know this is a funny thing to geek out about, but the carpet in the hall and room was just really neat.

Hotel, rooftop bar, breakfast restaurant, staff, everything was perfectly done! Rooms were spacious. Staff was super accommodating and they even had door man for late night. If I had to change one thing it would be the shampoo! :)

This is hotel was very clean, safe, and convenient to many downtown places. However after spending over $1000 for 3 nights, we really expected more. For a 3 night stay we were told our room couldn’t be serviced at least once. So each day I emptied the trash for our room in the hallway trash-recycle bins. Our bathroom only had 3 towels for four people. When towels were brought to our room, we were made to feel as if we inconvenienced the staff worker. If we wanted more coffee amenities for our room or soap, I had to go to the front desk to get them as we were told “everything is by request”. This wasn’t a bad hotel, but honestly we expected service which matched the hotel bill…

I'm a Hilton Honors Member and have stayed at numerous Hiltons around the world but never have I been so unsatisfied, insulted and sleepless after staying at the Charter Hotel Seattle. Our room, although on the fifth floor, had a feel of being in the basement (see pic). Our window opened directly into a parking garage and blank concrete wall. For $500, I was expecting much much more. I had made reservations 5 months prior but was told nothing could be done as they were sold out. This room should not have cost the same as ones with better views....if they actually exist as the eastern façade of this hotel abuts the 8 story parking garage!!!

This hotel is easy to get to from the local light rail system and is near Pike Marketplace. The rooms are modern and comfortable. There is a rooftop bar that is very nice for views of the sound, city, light bites and drinks. Staff was friendly and welcoming. It is part of the Hilton chain of hotels.
