This hotel exceeded expectations on every level. From Jae who texted us before arrival, to the delightful check in staff, to the BEST breakfast we've had at a hotel, to the amazing work out room and wonderful pool. It seemed like everyone on staff (thank you Benjamin) was working OT to make our stay special. What a great experience, we will be back!
I just finished staying at my favorite hotel in downtown Seattle, the Embassy Suites in Pioneer Square. They always treat me as a special guest from the pre-check in text to the warm reception at the front counter. I always enjoy their well appointed rooms and their comfortable beds where I always get a greats night sleep. Do yourself a favor and check them out whether your in town for business or pleasure…..you won’t regret it.
Morning breakfast was the best. The short order was awesome. Happy hour was Great. Rita made the best margarita drinks. We stayed five nights. It was a great location. We attended a Mariners game. I would recommend that people staying more than 3 days have their rooms scheduled to be cleaned every two days.
We took the Amtrak Empire Builder in from Chicago and arrived at King Street Station which was literally right across the street! Our room was not ready when we arrived so we checked our luggage and walked around Pioneer Square for a bit and then our room was ready. Front desk staff was really nice! The evening reception was a bit of a disappointment as there was quite a line and not too many places to sit once you did get your drink(s). You were allowed two per person per room. The apps they served were nothing special. The morning breakfast was awesome! Cooked to order eggs and so many sides to choose from and tons of seating! We were very impressed with breakfast on the three mornings that we were there. We asked for fresh towels in our room after the first night and they were delivered promptly! Our room was very clean and spacious and we had a nice view. The location was the best! Convenient to not only the train station but also to T-Mobile Park where the Mariners play. We were also able to walk to the Pier easily. The only thing that brings this rating down is the evening reception.…
It was steps away from Amtrack, 1-2 blocks away from Soundtransit, and light rail. We went to University of Washington, city center, Pike Place, all within walking distance or through public transit. We loved the breakfast that was included. We maximized our sightseeing because we were able to get a quick and hearty breakfast to start our days.
Hotel was smart and clean and staff were very helpful throughout. Rooms were spacious. The hotel has an excellent, central location, close to the waterfront. Breakfast was very strong too. Good experience all round. Slightly lacking in terms of bars/views/outside spaces but strong overall.
Had a great time in Seattle. Our stay was pleasant! The room was nice and clean. The spacious room allowed us to move around freely. We had to change the temperature of the room since it was the hottest week of the year for Seattle. All the amenities were nice. The staff was very helpful.
Just spent 3 nights in this hotel in late June. We chose this hotel because it is next door to Amtrak station and bus pick up point for our Vancouver shuttle. The room was big but sheets and towels were filthy. We found out on the second day that no housekeeping was provided unless you stay till the 5th night. Always big crowd waiting for elevators at any time. Many people like us were forced to choose using the stairs. TV was not working properly and some curtains were damaged . You can tell immediately that this hotel lacks maintenance and poor in management and no customer service whatsoever. I guess many people choose this hotel because of the location. It was not worth the $400 per night rate we paid.
We flew into Seattle the day before our Alaskan cruise! Ben did a great job of checking us in! We were able to check in early and workout in the awesome health club and enjoyed the pool hot tub and outdoor deck! We walked to Pike Market. Nice 1.6 mile walk round trip. Had a great breakfast and Claudia brought my husband orange juice after she refilled the machine! Everything was clean and the staff was awesome
We had a fantastic 3-night stay at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Seattle Downtown Pioneer Square. Conveniently located at the Chinatown light rail station, the property is adjacent to the stadiums. Easy walking distance to the ferry terminal and downtown, the hotel’s position just four blocks south of the high rise buildings affords guests absolutely stunning views of the skyline. This is the nicest Embassy Suites I’ve ever stayed in. Higher end fit and finishes make your stay feel more special. The main lobby and second floor bar/breakfast level are super inviting. A much-needed departure from the traditional design of their properties from the 90’s. From the beautiful Grecian-themed onyx and gold inlay patterns on the lobby floor to the rich woods through the hallways, you feel like you’ve left your parent’s (sorry, mom and dad!) Embassy Suites behind. Congrats to the design team! The staff were very warm, professional and totally on point with their Hilton Diamond acknowledgement and recognition program. So appreciated! Even the overnight desk staff (Christy) was super helpful—welcoming us back from our late night on the town and offering to have “Milton” the house robot bring us any needed snacks or amenities. What a nice touch! Other staff frequently checked in by text message to see if there was anything they could do to make our stay more special. Also of note are the breakfast staff (a great omelette team) and the upscale 24/7 dining options in the adjoining 13 Coins. Check out the luxe wingback swivel stools at the bar where you can watch the culinary team in action. Lastly, our room was so nice we didn’t want to leave. We had a corner penthouse (2305) on the 23rd floor overlooking Puget Sound and downtown Seattle. From the stunning views on the rooftop terrace to the spa bath tub to the dining table perfect for a day of remote work, the suite was truly a home away from home. Very comfortable bed and linens made for (Puget) sound slumber! Overall, this feels like the flagship property for Embassy Suites and we are grateful to have stayed here. Thanks to the staff for making our Pride weekend visit so unforgettable!…
