I have stayed in a lot of IHG properties and was very pleased with my stay at this location. We were upgraded to a room with a view of the space needle and had an excellent view. The location was great and was only a 15 minute walk or so to the museums and monorails to pike place. The area...

Pros: King room was large. Breakfast is basic fare but decent. Staff are professional and helpful. Location is good if you don't mind walking 15 minutes to Pike Place. It's closer to Belltown. 30 min walk to Capital Hill. No problems with Wi-Fi. Room was clean. Bed and pillow were comfy. Cons: Walls are paper thin. Can hear people walking...

Stayed here for 14 days for my business trip. My room had no cupboard and I had to actually struggle with my stuff in suitcase throughout the stay. The Internet was very slow and kept getting disconnected very often. It's that bad that they actually provide you with an Internet helpline number when you check in. Not many places to...

I arrived at noon and Brandi was gracious enough to find a room for me right away. The suite on the second floor had a view of the space needle which I would imagine looks better from higher floors. The hotel has laundry also in the second floor and a nice pool. Despite being by a busy road, I did...

Stayed here for Spring Break 2017 for four days. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful, allowing early check-in (1pm) on the first day and, when a child was ill on checkout day, allowing late-check out (2pm). Several other minor requests over the 4 days were immediately and promptly addressed. Overall, I was fine with this hotel,...

My family and I stayed here for 2 days over spring break. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly, courteous, and knowledgable. They bent over backwards to help us and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The hotel itself is a little far away from the harbour but if you like hill walking, this...

The staff here was ok but deffinnantly not out going. The building is older and starting to show it. The rooms were clean. The staff too me, just need to have better customer service training. I regularly stay at IHG properties and I am a Spire level in the IHG points club, this property would not be on the top...

Upon check in, I was not offered any welcome points as other ihg properties do. Further, the TV channel line-up is limited. Don't expect OWN, WE, etc to be included. A lot of street construction is around hotel. Water would not run out of the sink in the room. Dirt ran out of faucet as well. If there was a...

Great stay rooms were comfy and the reception staff were amazing and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Breakfast wasn't the best or maybe it just wasn't my thing depends what you like. Would recommend here if anyone was visiting the area.
