Spectacular hotel! What is not to like? Hotel is clean, energetic, and amenity packed. It’s a beautiful building, eco-friendly, centrally located, and just a few blocks from the light rail and mono rail. All of the staff are super friendly and eager to please. Downstairs there is a coffee and bagel shop, seafood restaurant, and bar. On the second floor they have a lovely lap swimming pool and Jacuzzi along with a fitness center and spa. Unfortunately, I did not get to use these amenities as I was having too much fun but I sure plan on coming back and using them next time. Rooms are beautiful and spacious with nice views, comfortable beds, and an excellent shower/bathroom. This place is a bargain for everything you get and well worth it! Everything in the city is just a stones throw away including the beach front, worlds famous public market, and space needle. This place is a no-brainer, I highly recommend it, and will be back there myself!…
The Hotel and overall property is very clean, perfectly located and convenient for a walking stand point. There was no food services/beverages services at the location though. Gym and Spa were great. Front Desk staff was very helpful, friendly and professional.
This hotel was beautiful. Very well kept. The staff were very pleasant. Close to many restaurants and cafes. Hotel restaurant was also great. The room I stayed in was large with a great view. I would absolutely stay here again if I find myself in Seattle again.
Very nice hotel with good public transit options all around and lots of attractions within a 15 min walk! Good restaurants to the NE within 15 min walk. Hotel was very clean and well maintained! Staff were friendly. Pool and workout areas were great. If you like urban areas, it is a great location (middle of downtown).
The staff was amazing - the hotel was really clean. Great location and easy check in process, fast and efficient. The front desk staff was super helpful and the housekeeping staff was very courteous and accommodating.
Excellent service and friendly staff always answer your questions and help with everything you need, Great food and services for events, always make sure food is fresh, Clean rooms and bathrooms, Really great place to stay.
We stayed at Hyatt at Olive 8 for 4 nights for our annual meeting. The check in was easy and quick. The meeting rooms were clean and the food was amazing. The staff, location and cleanness are all 5 stars. Thank you for the amazing service.
My room was clean, quiet, and the bed was so comfortable! I was in a PURE room. No complaints! It was the best nights sleep I’ve had in a long time. I would definitely stay there again. The bar also has some amazing drinks.
The stay was as expected. The staff was friendly, property was clean, breakfast was a little expensive for a bagel & water ($8.50), lots of food options close by. My only negative is that I think the room should be cleaned more frequently, the rooms are only cleaned after the third night.
The hotel is not great. Not what you’d expect from Hyatt. The hotel elevators were filthy. The staff was incredible rude- most specifically the front desk staff. There is no onsite breakfast restaurant with the exception of a chain bagel shop which is terrible. We had to go across the street to the Hyatt regency to get breakfast. The wait was insane and the omelets were disgusting and undercooked. The fruit was frozen and rancid. The service at the restaurant was incredibly poor. They gave us a used cup of coffee and then seemed surprised when we asked for a fresh, clean cup of coffee.
