Good location, responsive staff, convenient breakfast, handsome rooms - great all round. We have stayed at Olive 8 several times and it never disappoints. The pool is very nice and has not been overused during our stays. Very decent coffee machines in the rooms

The Hyatt Olive 8 is a solid, comfortable hotel located near the convention center and downtown of Seattle. The highlight of the hotel is its pool: large, comfortable, and well-lit, it is a delight to spend time there. The hotel also offers a well equipped gym, dry sauna, and steam room. Rooms themselves are comfortable, although starting to show their age. Breakfast offerings are primarily bagels and continental items, although Globalists are offered access to the buffet at the nearby Regency which is a nice perk. All in all a solid choice with a convenient location and comfortable rooms.

Really love staying here when we are in Seattle. It's a great location and the family enjoys the pool area. Beds are comfortable and room is very clean. We used the valet parking and it worked out great for us.

Great hotel- walking distance to Pike Place Market and a ton of restaurants. Close to the freeway for easy access outside of the city. We stayed here for a football game and to visit family and do touristy things and it delivered on all three. The Lumen Field is about 5-10 min uber ride, and we walked back afterwards and it took us about 30 min. The staff was friendly, and the indoor pool and gym were probably one of the best I've ever experienced while traveling.

The rooms were very neat and tidy. The staff were very welcoming.. the check in/out process was quick, simple and easy. The rooms had good ameneties like coffee machine and coffee pods. They had enough water bottles to last us for few days. The restaurant was super good and the bagels were incredible and wished it was open till evening..

This hotel was extremely nice. We noticed much quieter than the Regency that was adjacent. The rooms were well stocked with a coffee pot and mini fridge with bottled water restocked dairy all complimentary. The staff greeted us every day and the maid service was exceptional. The location was about a 12 minute walk to Pikes Market. Front staff was extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend booking here and I would stay here again

Hotel is easy to get to by car or light rail (three blocks up hill walk), same distance to conference center. Room was larger than normal with nice accommodations including room safe. Hotel is secure internally and externally. Breakfast is good. Check the dinner menu as my "Shrimp and grits" were fancier than expected. Other dinner restaurants are near by. Street noise is not bad on street facing rooms. Furthest room was not a bad walk from the elevator. Hall way was wide, not narrow and there are three elevators not two.

This hotel was a lovely surprise! My room was very clean, bed very comfortable, even the pillows were nice (not foam rubber stiff). The lap pool was fantastic, at 65' long it suited me very well. The steam room with eucalyptus steam was heavenly, and my massage at the spa was delightful. What a great property!
