Nice big rooms, very courteous staff, decent location but TERRIBLE INTERNET that would keep breaking down. It was quite frustrating, k am surprised that a business hotel has such a terrible internet. It would randomly disconnect all the time. Asked me to login several times. I would often need to forget the network and join again. The front staff was very nice though.

Hotel's Favourite
I stayed at this property at the end of last year, as I was in town for a surgery. They staff were very helpful and pleasant. The rooms was spacious, with a great kitchen set up. Even during the shut down, they made every effort with breakfast. This property was a 10-12 min walk to the downtown and trains. For the truly outstanding service, I have to return for more surgery. I was trying to reach the property to book, but there was a systems glitch of some kind. I wrote them, and they responded so kindly, and helped me get exactly what I need for my upcoming stay. I would always look to stay here for future visits.

Celebrated our 10 year anniversary here this past weekend and August, the GM made sure we had an unforgettable experience. Thank you SO MUCH for the generous and unbelievable surprise! It was so incredibly special and we will definitely be back again. This spot is perfectly located and without a doubt our new go to when visiting Seattle!

My 5th trip to Seattle, and I finally found a hotel with a great location, price, employees, and amenities. Maybe a mile walk to the Westlake Station, which can take you anywhere, BC HiltonHHonors, was given a room on the 9th floor on the corner--perfect, with fireplace and tons of windows. My wife and I were talking about just living there year-round. There was some highway noise, but it's the city. From the housekeeping staff, the breakfast helpers, and to the front desk employees, the staff was really great, nice, and helpful. The room did not have a radio, however, so I couldn't play 103.7, the best radio station in Seattle. Great place to stay (or live, if mgmt would let me).

Very convenient location, easy access to I-5, right next to the convention center, reasonable rates, the breakfast area is nice, and the hotel is within easy walking distance of Pike Place Market. The rooms were nice and fairly typical of the Homewood brand. My biggest complaint was the parking prices. While I don't expect parking to be free in downtown locations, $45/night + tax (~$55) was downright abusive and by far the most expensive parking in the surrounding area. The full price rate for the most expensive of the nearby garages was only $35/night (tax inclusive), and using a discount parking app, I booked parking in nearby garages each night (within ~4 block radius of the hotel, ironically much closer to Pike Place Market and the tourist areas) for between $8 and $20, depending on the day, for each night of our 4 night stay. Parking in midtown Manhattan is cheaper than what the Seattle Homewood wants to charge. Overall though, nice property. Just don't park there. You can do far better nearby.

I stayed at Homewoods for about a month, and my time there was far from enjoyable. Upon checking in, I received a room I didn't book and got downgraded to a lesser room, that wasn't the biggest deal if I was able to move to my initial room later. When asked they were kind enough to help me find a new room and upgrade me. What I didn't know was, I was being upgraded past my original room therefore being charged extra per day and was never told this information. When I was told I was being upgraded, I assumed it meant to the room I booked and payed for. After I found out, (by checking my statement and notice a huge pending charge) I've come to accept the room and moved on. Everything was fine until I woke up the next morning ridiculously hot. I call for maintenance to come check the units AC/heater, and he informed me that the vent that goes into the bedroom is controlled by the neighboring unit?!?!? I obviously wasn't okay with this and tried to escalate it to manager/front desk. It wasn't til the very last week they were able to get me out and move me to another room. A bunch of other minor details were annoying but manageable, but the upcharge and heater were my biggest problem.

Wonderfully appointed room in Central Seattle. Caring staff. However, limited ability to handle pop-up issues. Unserviceable furnace made for good sleeping but cold days. Issue was addressed by other means

From the moment I walked into the room it was filthy and a loud noise coming from The room, I called and complained to the front desk and no one called me back , I asked for extra pillows and they said they ran out .. this place is a “DUMP” I saw a lot of homeless hanging around the area and on the 8th floor they have a room all taped up because it’s falling apart fans in the middle of the hallway trying to dry up the wetness of the rain that damaged the room . For a hotel company that is big and have things like this makes ur stay horrible especially if the customer service sucks

I travel for work and am in a different hotel every week. I cannot recall being so disappointed by a hotel experience as I have been here. To start, my room was freezing cold, even when I cranked up the heat. Also, the noise from the highway is excruciatingly loud. Then comes the horrifying customer service. I requested housekeeping one day, and then got a call later saying that because of the snow (it had snowed about a quarter of an inch the night before), they wouldn't be offering housekeeping but could send up some towels. I said ok, and requested the towels. By the end of the day, no towels had arrived and I had to call down to ask for towels again. The final straw came when I arrived back from work and asked the front desk person if he had quarters for the washing machine. He said he couldn't open the register, and that it could be opened at 7 AM. What good does that do me? Stay far, far, far away from this awful hotel.
