Stayed 1 night while meeting up with my daughter in college. Arrived late at midnight and was checking out the next day at 9/10am. Check in was quick and easy but the receptionist forgot to tell me what time breakfast was, gym hours, check out time, so I had to ask. I got room 222 king bedded with sofa bed. Room was VERY big but the only issue was it faced the road and because I was only on the 2nd floor, I could hear every car that rolled up with music and/or exhaust. Fairly well travelled road. I did ask the receptionist for a quiet room when I got there and this one wasn't it . No sure if receptionist couldn't be bothered to switch me out when I checked in or because I was lower on the rung since I booked on Expedia. I was way too tired to ask to change rooms as it was already close to 1am but was still super annoyed. But the room itself was spacious, had a fridge, desk, sitting area and decent sized bathroom. Know that there isn't a safe or any lotion in the amenities. Breakfast was decent, eggs sausage, fruit, cereals, muffins, bagels, decent for an included breakfast. Gym quite small with 3 threadmills, 1 eliptical and free weights. It was super crowded having 8 people in there. While the price was decent, to be honest I probably wouldn't stay there again as there are other hotels nearby that would give just a little bit more bang for your buck.

Horrible incompetent staff. Reservation was already paid for up front. Upon checkout, the careless employee charged my card a second time despite the reservation stating it was paid for already. After realizing her mistake, she reversed it however my card then had a $320 charge on it still that i didnt notice until later that night. When i called the hotel to report it, the manager was not in and they said he’d have to call me back. When he did call, he said he didnt see the transaction so there was nothing he could do and that id have to contact my bank to dispute the charge. When i called my bank, they said i wouldn't get the funds back until at least 2 business days (reservation was over a holiday weekend). Im now going to be without these funds for about a week because of a mistake marriot made. When i called marriots customer service about that and to see what they were going to do to make it right, the first associate hung up on me. The second associate told me that because i booked it thru priceline, i have to make the complaint with them ( despite priceline not doing anything wrong). Contact priceline and they make a case with marriot and now i wait to see if they will do anything to make this right. This hotel is a joke that does not care about its guests.

Decent hotel but disappointed with Wi-Fi. There was a known Issue with connecting to I-phones that I think should have been addressed with an in house solution given the number of travelers who use an iPhone rather than a “call this telephone number” approach. Breakfast wasn’t organized properly. Ran out of coffee and bacon and had to chase down the staff to request and then had long wait to follow. Front desk help also didn’t live up to what this frequent traveler experiences across the brand either.

Good day ra828, Thank you for your comments. We are not aware of any issues with Iphones connecting to our complimentary high speed internet network. We had hundreds of devices successfully connected during your stay. We are sorry we could not immediately restock our coffee and bacon. Sometimes we have short waits in our complimentary breakfast. We are confident that your next stay with us will be better. Regards,

Hotel rooms are large and well appointed. The breakfast was average and very crowded. Staff was nice. Parking on site is $37 a night which is actually the norm but the underground lot is a challenge with a midsize SUV. The location is not really central for tourism smacked up against the 5. Overall for the price it is in Seattle so there is a value but you loose the savings in ubers to get to the places you want to visit

Nice hotel near, but not in, downtown. Clean quiet room with good space to spread out in. Good included morning breakfast makes this a nice place to stay. Plan to stay here again on our next Seattle visit.

The hotel stay was very pleasant. Room/suite nicely furnished with fridge and micro. Great shower. Very good breakfast in a comfortable restaurant setting with plenty of tasty Seattle coffee. Staff helpful. To our surprise, with a 2nd floor room overlooking street and businesses; it was very quiet. Walk to Pike's market 20 to 25 minutes. It's not the prettiest area, but we felt safe. There's so much construction everywhere that beautification is not at best level. Good pizza at restaurant around the corner. Not much to walk to in immediate area but close to major sites using Uber or Lyft. About $65.00 plus tip from airport. About $24 to cruiseport 91.

Room layout was nice. Breakfast food was always cold. Coffee area was congested and often ran out of coffee. In-room coffee was limited to one cup. You had to track down the maid to request more. Same with insufficient number of bathroom towels, especially considering the shower leaked requiring us to use a towel to soak up the water on the floor. Parking garage is expensive but located conveniently to the guest room making it easy to move your stuff in/out. Internet worked well.

I stayed two nights and Ive been to this hotel a few times over the years. Its been air brushed up a bit but showing some age. The first room I was assigned and spent a night in was very odd in its oder and I moved the next night to another room which was better. Im not sure how they could market that first room given its smell, it was quite odd and unpleasant. The windows dont open which makes me wonder about ventilation there. Spraying something only does so much. Also the roads on pretty much all sides of the hotel were busy and loud if your noise sensitive. Breakfasts were very busy but ok. There were a lot of young folks there in college athletics and tour busses. Location was so-so, its convenient to downtown but there were some sketchy characters around which is not so unusual for seattle. Last, the late check out I had and the do not disturb were not honored and someone was door knocking well before my late check out which was annoying. I liked the staff and the hotel is still a fair value but might not return.

We got an upgrade and the hotel staff was really good. The only thing I don’t like about this hotel is the breakfast. We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights and everyday the hotel had the exact same menu. It should change the menu for more variation.
