We spent 3 nights here last week, and we knew in advance restaurant and bar were being remodeled. Great location for tourists and business people alike. First class service as usual at the Four Seasons. Particularly helpful concierges to plan meals and sightseeing.

I am delighted to read that enjoyed your stay with us, and I thank you for your kind comments regarding concierge team. I look forward to welcoming you back, and I am anxious to hear your feedback on Goldfinch Tavern. I hope you think it turned out as greatly as we do! Sincerely, Ilse Harley

Perfect for a business stay. Clean, modern, good outlets and USB ports, nice bathroom. One thing to be aware of (which i wasn't before checking-in): the hotel's restaurant and bar are closed for renovation. Also, concierge was a little less than helpful when asked a pretty straight-forward question (where to watch a sporting event and also get decent food and...

Thank you so much for the kind comments regarding your stay. I am so disappointed to learn you were not informed about our restaurant being under renovation. Our goal was to ensure each guest had the opportunity to cancel if that was their choice, and I am sincerely sorry this did not happen with you. In addition, thank you for...

I have travelled all over the world and stayed at some exceptional places... But I have to say that Four Seasons is becoming complacent and their staff not focused on client services. We have reservations for Memorial Day weekend 2015 and hoping that the attitude and complacency from the reservations staff does not carry over into the stay. I will...

Stayed here for business. Very convenient location for business and leisure. Restaurant currently closed-had enjoyed nice dinner there last year. Nice décor, very restful atmosphere. Would stay there again in Seattle.

The Four Seasons Seattle fully lives up to the brand's excellent reputation. The hotel is conveniently located overlooking overlooking Puget Sound just a block from Pike St. Market and walking distance from the ferry landing. Our room was elegant but comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful, even greeting us by name as we came and went each day....

Concierge staff was very helpful with daily plans, arranging restaurant reservations and daily excursions including a day trip to Mt. Rainier. Guest room was spacious and well appointed, plenty of room for a family of four. We would have appreciated some additional seating in the room for comfort.

My spa experience was just as wonderful as everything else about this hotel. The staff was friendly and the treatments were some of the best I've had. I had an 80 minute relaxing massage from Navdeep and it was exceptionally good. The atmosphere was tranquil, he is obviously well-trained and very professional. My men's facial afterward was equally satisfying and...
