Good hotel, right in the middle of down town Seattle. The restaurant downstairs is a little crowded. I had a bad experience with a/c vent and the room getting cold but I consider it an outlier considering the staff response.
Great service from very friendly staff. Nothing was too much of a problem for the amazing staff here. The hotel is well maintained and has a good range of facilities. The on-site restaurant is good and caters to service from early breakfast right through to evening drinks.
