We greatly appreciated the staff at the Paramount Hotel for providing early check-in for us. We were two seniors who had arrived at the end of a long Pacific Northwest trip. Although it was only for one night before our flight home, it was the most comfortable accommodation we had, even compared to some of the bigger hotels.

I felt very safe, very clean. Pillows and bed were heavenly! All of the staff were great and the restaurant was delicious! Eric the Bellman was WONDERFUL, kind and so helpful! I would definitely return again!

As an international traveler from Australia, the hotel management and customer service were very unprofessional & distasteful. My husband & I felt very distraught and upset that we were falsely accused & kicked out of our room without any reasonable explanation. Especially when it’s our 1-year wedding anniversary as a couple. I highly would not recommend coming back here in the future period and will advised my family & friends stay somewhere else that is more hospitable and accommodating when they visit Seattle. This was the second time we’ve visited this hotel as an international visitor (aussie aussie aussie). The first was for our honeymoon last year, and so we thought while it was aptly placed near Ruth’s Chris and other restaurants it would be a pleasant experience once more. However, this turned out to be an incorrect assumption on our part. We found management to be distasteful, while following in their “professional” steps as needed we found ourselves on the receiving end of an accusation that in most parts of the world would result in termination from employment if substantiated properly. This felt especially egregious as this is our first anniversary (of many to come). While the front desk had proven to be useful as they were last year (even recognized again by one of the members) management left us very little recourse for action after having extended our stay resulting in us frantically looking for another location to accommodate us. While it’s normal to feel stressed in this kind of situation an overwhelming sense of dread settled in as we became more distraught with the fact that they called less than half an hour away from the time in which we would have needed to collect our belongings to avoid a temporary hold on our card (nothing like losing access to 400 or so dollars for several business days that was earmarked for travel expenses). We found ourselves having to split ways momentarily so that I could attend an event that had been scheduled in advance and couldn’t be rescheduled while my partner frantically made his way back to the hotel to collect our belongings. Upon inquiring more to find out what had happened as my husband was informed there was a noise complaint against us (never had that happen anywhere we’ve stayed) he was met with indifference and instead escorted by the management and another member of staff and watched like a hawk as he collected our belongings hastily. To say this was an unpleasant experience is.. an understatement to say the least. My husband & I would advise you to think twice about potentially staying here until management has addressed the blatant oversight that a single false statement about another’s character can result in their expulsion from the facility. How ever this surely isn’t enough to dissuade some visitors so here’s an overview of the experience: Concierge and front desk: Solid 5/5 they’re awesome, and extremely accommodating. Room: 2/5. It’s a room, you have a bed and pillows. The pillows are passable and the sheets are decent. Bathroom / Toiletries: 1/5 Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash barely lather and prove to be poor resulting in frizzy hair that isn’t moisturized properly no matter how much you use of it. The towels are also weirdly stiff. Like they’ve been bleached one time too many, and are uncomfortable to make use of when drying yourself. Bring your own towels, shampoo and conditioner with you, and definitely body wash. Booking experience: My husband was able to book a room.. though it wasn’t similar to the one that he booked last year. The bathroom was lacking, particularly the tub, far too small for an adult man to fit in let alone a man and a woman. At the end of the day, all we can say is that we were extremely displeased with this stay, and the events that proceeded with it, especially myself as I had to make such an arduous flight to get here for our special occasion. Traveling for work when really pregnant was exhausting, but I felt comfortable and welcome at the Paramount because of exceptional customer service. Lina at the front desk was attentive, kind, and offered above-and-beyond help. Kudos to Paramount for hiring such an amazing person to engage with guests! A second kudos for stocking eco-friendly bamboo toothbrushes. :) And, for generally, offering well-appointed rooms with nice views of the surrounding downtown area. The location is perfect for tourism or conferences. I'd definitely stay at the Paramount again.

The front desk staff who checked me in was amazing. He offered info about events happening in the city, what was close by and explained that they were all knowledgeable about the area so if I had any further questions, they could help. He explained the valet parking situation but we opted to pay for the lot directly across from the hotel because it suited our needs a little better. The property and room were clean, quiet as could be, in a busy city and comfortable. We were very pleased with all aspects and would stay here on our next trip to Seattle.

Quick check in, very friendly staff, nice spacious rooms and greaaaaaat location (Waterfront in max 15 minutes by foot, Capitol Hill in few minutes, a super trendy area). We recommend booking and are super happy with our choice. Keep up the good work :)

Great location. Lots of shopping in the area. Easy walk to Pike market and the waterfront. Comfy beds and pillows. Friendly staff. Sad to see the homeless and drug addiction a few blocks from the hotel.

Room had bed bugs . Confirmed by their exterminator. Hotel did not have any policy or procedures on helping guests. They should have a plan to ensure the new room is clear of bugs AND dry clean All of guests clothes. Guest should not have to come up with plan

Stayed here for a night after getting off an Alaskan cruise. The room is spacious and clean with plenty of room for our 2 boys and lots of luggage. Best of all, the staff is very friendly and accommodating. Our entire family (2 rooms) was granted early check in and late check out which made the transfer from the cruise to the airport incredibly seamless! Good and coffees at the cafe on the first floor is fabulous! French toast and bfast sandwich were divine! Wonderful stay!!!
