We stayed here over Christmas 2018 and found everything about it fantastic, the staff are very friendly, the rooms are beautiful and the location is perfect for looking around Seattle, the only negative thing I can think of is there is no onsite parking and we had to park in an

I cannot tell you how much I loved this Inn/hotel. I have stayed in many hotels and this one is top 3 for sure in terms of convenience, location and amenities. First, the hotel is on Bell & 3rd...central to everything. 10 minute walk to pike place market, 15-20 minute walk to

Thank you stellar20! We're thrilled to read your review about your experience with us. It's always a very high compliment when frequent travelers rate us so well, as we know that there are many great hotels out there, so thank you! As you mentioned our location is fantastic; you're so close to everything (and Seattle is a very approachable city) that having a car is often unnecessary. Our complimentary bikes are a great way to get around, our famous rainy weather cooperating of course. I hope next time you'll be able to give them a try! Again, we're very grateful for your patronage and recommendations. Until next time! Kelsey Asplund Assistant General Manager

Pleasantly surprised with the Belltown in. It is located just a few blocks from either the central business district or most of the popular tourist sites. Rooms are decent sized and well equipped with good coffee (Starbucks) and amenities including a fridge and microwave.

Went here to celebrate my boyfriend's bday. Awesome location! We walked everywhere or we biked. Super central to all of the touristy spots. Space Needle, Pike Place, MoPOP. Such a wonderful city to explore with so many things to do!

Perfect location between high tourist attractions and exhibits. Helpful maps and pamphlets. Especially appreciated the rooms had a microwave and mini fridge. Provide the extended stay feel without the extra price for those amenities. Nice staff as well

Hi Lee, Thank you for your question! All of our guest rooms have A/C units. This wasn't always the case, but since the summer of 2016, our property has been upgraded to include this feature. Looking forward to your stay in August! Kindly, Kelsey Asplund - Assistant GM

Hi Kerry452, Thank you for choosing to stay with us! We try to be as transparent with our rates, taxes, and fees as we can be - so what you see online are all the fees we have! At check-in, we will take a preauthorization on your credit card for the full amount plus 20% for incidentals. This will be released at check-out, but can take your bank 3-7 business days to reflect back to your account. Please feel free to give us a call at the hotel directly if you have any other questions. Looking forward to your stay, Caitlin Boyer - Front Office Manager

Hi cheneyeh! We require that the individual checking in is at least 18 years old (or legally emancipated). I also like to mention to younger travelers that we do require a Credit Card provided at check-in for incidentals, in addition to the cost of the reservation (if it has not been prepaid). If you have further questions, feel free to give us a call at the property! We'd be happy to answer them for you as you're planning your visit to Seattle. Cheers! Kelsey Asplund - Assistant GM

Hello! As others have mentioned, we're really close. It's about half a mile away (15 minute walk). Coming from Pier 69, you'll go more uphill, and while some folks might feel comfortable walking, depending on the time of day (and weather!) it would be a quick cab or uber ride. I'd say less than $10 on an average day. If you have other questions as you plan your trip, please ask away! Cheers, Kelsey Asplund - AGM
