Our selection of this hotel was based on its location and price. It is one of the cheaper hotels in the area which we thought may be a bad sign, but as we were here for three nights and plan to only use the hotel to sleep, we thought why not. We could not be more pleased with our selection....

Peter S, Thank you so much for this well written detailed account of your stay the the Roosevelt. We love being the hidden gem in this wonderful city, it is truly an honor to restore this landmark to such notoriety. In hearing our guest feedback, specifically to the notion of our black out blinds not being complete, we will be...

The vallet cost $45 per day, which is more than half the cost of the surrounding hotels. Also the very next door is a garage, they charge ~$20 per day for self park. I suggest you go this route, since literally, it's 3 feet from the hotels garage to this public parking.

I enjoyed the stay at the Roosevelt. The hotel is nicely located in the heart of the city. The customer service was great and the room had very useful amenities - excellent coffee (Nespresso), retro-clock with bluetooth, multiple charging stations, smart-tv with phone screen mirroring, perfect lightning, and not so nosy central air condition. The hotel is also 2 minutes...

Stayed here for a last-minute trip - rates weren't astronomical like at the nearby Westin or Sheraton. The decision was easier knowing that the rooms were just renovated. At checkin they honored our Expedia Silver status and upgraded us to the largest suite. Very comfortable room, nice soaking tub and great views from our room.Location-wise, this is close to everything...

I really enjoyed my stay at The Roosevelt. First of all, the pictures on Yelp do not do this hotel justice. They have gone through a renovation and the rooms look awesome. I felt like I was walking into a Restoration Hardware showroom. The lamps and light fixtures were awesome. The bathroom was really nice with floor to ceiling subway...

We stayed only for one weekend and it was perfect, near everywhere and easy to access. The lobby is a little dark but nice, we were on the 17th floor with a nice view. The room was really nice and clean, beautiful bathroom, tv, coffee machine and safe box. The staff was friendly. The parking is 45 dollars with in...

Don't tell a soul about this delightful treasure in the heart of chaotic Seattle...because I do not want to compete with others for a room and I fear their reasonable prices will rise once they are "discovered". But alas that would be selfish, so here's my strong endorsement of The Roosevelt Hotel. Despite its downtown location, my room was quiet...

Lovely hotel, close to everything - shopping, dining, and our reason for staying - close to the Paramount Theater. Our room was lovely, nice amenities. We especially liked that we were on the 15th floor. Several years ago when we stayed we didn't have much of a view.

The Roosevelt was an outstanding hotel. Perfectly located near the train and within walking distance to both Pikes Place Market and the Space Needle. Restaurants all around as well. Uber was easy to catch also. Great spot.

This hotel is a real find. The room was chic: modern, simple, nice amenities. The styling of the room was lovely and I am obsessed with the fixtures (motion sensing sink, stylish lamps, solid bluetooth-enabled speaker/alarm that didn't look stupid). Within walking distance of awesome activities, food, shopping, and culture. Staying here again next month, already excited for it. Huge,...
