We went and stayed here for the Seahawks game. They got us checked in early. They had a little gift shop area. Easy access to transit and walking distance to Space needle and Seattle center. Parking cost $15. $100 refundable deposit. They also have a grab bag breakfast with pastry, banana or apple, Granola bar and bottle of water.

We enjoyed our stay in our room, bed was comfortable. the female receptionist could have been a little more friendly. we went to a NFL game and the hotel was only 15 mins away, so it was very convienient

Older lodge/hotel but convenient to Seattle Center & sporting events. Great if you're not going to hang at hotel. but rather use it to base out of. Was their for Football game so it worked out fine.

I would not recommend staying here. The room was dirty (mold in the bathroom, peeling wallpaper, hair in the shower, stains on my mattress), the internet was bad (constantly would disconnect), it was noisy (lack of soundproofing), and the free breakfast was not good. It was expensive to stay here, I paid from $713 for three nights, and I've been in cleaner hostels.

Customer service was wonderful. We had to leave early--before 5:00 am--for a hospital procedure and the staff already had the breakfast bags ready. Staff were very understanding when we had to cut our visit short due to a medical issue.

Rooms were very clean and very comfortable, my only advice would be to bring small bills as the vending machines don't take any form of cards only cash, staff was very courteous and friendly, great views and good restaurants are in walking distance of hotel

Staff was amazing and very nice . Bathroom sink was very leaky and bathroom lights kept turning off after 25-30 min but other than that it was nice and cozy . Will definitely be coming back! Beautiful staff.

The hotel is old and shabby, however the beds are very comfortable, the water is hot and plentiful and it's in a great location. Don't go in having high expectations and you won't be disappointed. Ok.

The room was ok. The shower dior didn't have a handle on it and the faucet in the bathroom dripped, but we didn't spend a lot of time in there. The staff on Saturday could have been a little more helpful. I did like that we were so close to everything.
