Arrived later than expected but the reception staff were very welcoming and helpful and provided a complimentary upgrade to a waterfront room. When leaving out externally booked transfer failed to arrive and the staff were very helpful in finding alternative transport to the airport.

Hotel's Favourite
Unbelievable location, views, and service. We stayed here for 3 nights in 2021, right when Seattle was reopening post-Covid. I had to work one day from the hotel, but opted for the lobby which overlooks (overhangs, if that is a word) the water and offers great internet. So this hotel made working from "home" feel like a vacation. The lobby, rooms, and restaurant are truly fabulous. The bartender remembered my name after the first night, despite the fact that I was ordering desserts for my kids and he even delivered them to the lobby instead of the bar area. The rooms were fabulous and came with a refrigerator and fireplace! We also took full advantage of the restaurant, Six Seven, which was fabulous. This restaurant truly has the best view of the bay in the morning during breakfast or during the evening hour. We took the whole family here for dinner and had amazing service and unbelievable views to close out the evening. This hotle & restaurant is next to the Clipper Pier, so super convenient for anyone taking a boat tour. This is really the place to stay in Seattle. Absolutley loved it. Thanks so all the amazing staff. (Please make sure to tip them appropriately to show your appreciation).

What an amazing place. Don't be put off by the rather unspectacular exterior look as once inside it is delightful. Location is perfect with many restaurants nearby. There again the food in the restaurant in the hotel is super. The bouillabaisse is certainly worth a try with lots of fish and shellfish with just the right amount of spicy heat. The breakfasts are well thought out and a good selection. The staff are so helpful as soon as you arrive at the hotel. Make sure you book a sea front view room

Stayed here for two nights after touring Alaska before our flight back to the UK. We got moved to a sea view room which was lovely. Staff helpful, polite and nothing was too much trouble. It was a lovely end to our holiday to Alaska which we had booked three years ago. Would recommend this hotel without hesitation and the staff are a credit the the hotel and management. Well done.

When I was a little girl my parents took me to stay here now I had the opportunity to bring my children here. The property was more amazing than my memory of it. All the updates to the property did not go unnoticed. Thank you for the best stay in Seattle!

We booked our honeymoon here expecting way more than we got. The Edgewater was highly spoken about by family, but it seems to have gone downhill. The room we got was not cleaned properly, there were no outdoor dining accommodations, hand cleaning stations throughout the hotel were not working or empty. While the view from our room was gorgeous, it did not make up for our mediocre experience and stay.

Property has great location and a magnificent restaurant! Rooms are average but the location more than makes up for it. Lobby is great for an afternoon cocktail and view of the sound...same applies to the restaurant.

This hotel is amazing with beautiful views. All of the staff was genuinely super nice and the go above and beyond. Jeremy at the front desk is so awesome. There are so many things to walk and see from the hotel. The restaurant in the hotel was so good.

We had a great time at this hotel. We were all in on the classic rock theme. It's a small hotel but still had a gym which we utilized, a coffee shop, gift shop, and great bar/restaurant. You can't beat the quick walk to Olympic Sculpture Park and the pier if you're there as a tourist. Maybe most importantly, you can't beat the views if you stay waterside.
