Hotel is 3 star at a 5 star price. Very busy hotel with a great location. Good beds and clean rooms but starting to get dated. Prices for Seattle hotels are high due to $15 hour minimum wage. Plenty of good nearby restaurants outside hotel.

Thank you for your kind words about our staff, cleanliness and overall loaction! We pride ourselves on delivering a great product and even better service. We apologize if you found the prices in Seattle's downtown market to be distasteful and are continously striving to enhance value with what it is we offer and charge for. We had a pleasant stay in Seattle at the Sheraton Seattle Hotel. We booked our room through AAA Travel at the rate of $245, this included the club level. Club level gave us access to the Club Lounge on the 32 floor. The club was available for free soda and water 24 hours, buffet breakfast was adaquate and evenning hors... More

Hello T S~ Thank you for your review. I’m happy to hear you enjoyed our Club Lounge and central downtown location. And it’s a great tip that a car is not needed, if you are not planning to leave the city. Seattle is very walkable and parking can be rather expensive. We’re looking forward to your next visit! Warmly, ~Steven... More

I stayed here for a quick one-night trip to Seattle. I had a Deluxe room in the newer Union St. tower. The room was new and quite nice although the TV was small. Service was good but the hotel was incredibly busy due to what appeared to be a couple of tour groups and cruise passengers. We tried to eat... More

The Sheraton Hotel in Seattle is in a perfect position for walking the City. About 5- 7 mins to Pike Market, the mono-rail etc The room was fine, kingbed as requested, but they could spend-up a little and improve on their towels - thin, small. Wi-fi was $10.95 + taxes per day for in- room use, but if you wanted to... More

I cannot think of anything negative to say (and I tried)! Oh, perhaps the TV could be bigger! Everything is almost perfect. We stayed a couple of days at Hotel W before going on an Alaskan cruise. W was one of the worst hotels we've ever stayed in. Now we're back from the cruise, and the Sheraton is outstanding for... More

My Son and I went with my husband for a Convention at the Convention Center which is right next door. This is a great location for everything and the staff was amazing. We walked everywhere except for a few issues of the homeless and the people smoking weed on the street. There is everything within walking distance, drug stores, movies,... More

Spent one night on our way to an Alaka cruise. Perfect location for a quick Seattle experience. Very classy hotel with beautiful, spacious rooms and every amenity on tap. The concierce service was excellent, giving expert advice and making on the spot arrangements for tours, restaurants etc. Free wifi internet and monitors in the lobby.

I did a ton of research before deciding on my Seattle hotel. The Sheraton did not disappoint. Location was great. Less that 10 minute walk to Pike market. Target and other shopping nearby. Starbucks in the lobby. The best hotel gym I've ever been in. And fun indoor pool on the 35th floor. I saw nothing that made me think... More
