i don’t know how to rate this hotel as it’s quite an experience not good and not bad . i stayed here 2 times in one week and first time the check in was great and so friendly but the checkout so so rude , the lady refused to speak to me even i said good morning because she was not on the clock and i was told by her colleague that the union refused to let her talk to me if she hadn’t started her shift . i said in the UK good morning is an easy saying . then the following weekend i came back and the check in was amazing friendly but 2 hours later i came down to reception and they were so rude . anyway the hotel is in a good location and the rooms are so nice also the boy who brought me my room service was so nice and friendly so it’s not all that bad . But i am confused by the rudeness and then niceness of the check in and check out staff and not even saying good morning because they haven’t started there shift is ridiculous . if you don’t want to speak to customers before your shift do not stand in reception . my god what is happening to the Hilton seattle

Hotel's Favourite
What a wonderful stay at the Hilton Seattle. We booked a king room and received a Hilton Honors upgrade to a King Room with an awesome city view. Throughout our 5 night/6 day stay I was pleased with choosing this hotel. I also liked that there was an executive lounge (major factor in the decision) and daily housekeeping. Front desk staff are amazing and Chuck the Bell Captain is full of knowledge and super friendly. We did have trouble with the AC going out but put in a work request and when we returned all was good with a note from Dexter that the repairs had been completed and it was perfect. The upper & lower side quarter windows open slightly so it wasn't bad the one night it was out. Great service, decent rooms, and amazing views. We chose this location since it had an Executive Lounge but the location, views, and service made it stand out. So happy we booked this hotel as Hilton offers several brands in the area. It was a great choice for us and would stay here again.

My daughter and I stayed at the Hilton Seattle from 114 to 11/6, and were very impressed with the overall property. Upon check in, we were greeted warmly and offered extra water as a Diamond member. The room we were initially assigned had not been cleaned, but after just a short time were were reassigned to a great room on the same floor. The Executive Lounge was great for breakfast and snacks, and the location to Pike and Pine streets allowed for easy walking to shops and restaurants. The staff was friendly and even offered suggestions on sites and when to see them to avoid crowds. I have no problems with this property. If I had to nitpick, maybe the room for a double was a little narrow, but the view and overall condition of the property makes up for it. I would definitely recommend this property and will stay here again if in Seattle. Nice work!

Centrally located high-rise hotel, the rooms were pretty standard ‘Hilton’ fare but the staff are this hotel’s greatest asset. A warm welcome from the guys on the ground floor and an efficient check in from the reception staff at lobby level was a great start but it’s the bar and restaurant staff that really make the biggest difference. Friendly and professional, helped by great food (unusually good food for a hotel bar), we actually chose to eat in rather than visit local restaurants two nights out of three! A special mention to Worknesh on the breakfast service who was so helpful and went out of her way to make us feel very special every morning.

We picked this Hilton property for its easily walkable location. Just a 10 minute walk to Pike Place Market, the waterfront, etc. Close to several modes of public transportation. As Diamond members, we were upgraded to the executive floor (thanks, Johnny!) and had access to the smallish but functional executive lounge. Rooms were typical of most Hilton hotels.

Disappointed a little. The room was clean , however, the refrigerator was not plugged in and when I moved it to plug it in the top of it was as if it hadn’t been cleaned in months and full of dust. In addition, when I called room service they directed me to come downstairs and when I did ask to take a menu upstairs he told me that he did not have enough of them and gave a QR code card which was not convenient to me. He also informed me that only the bar tenders did room service and it would be a lot easier if I came downstairs to eat. In addition, When I did call to place An order 3 times I got a voicemail. I left my room number to call me back and never got a call back and ordered food outside of the hotel much to my disdain. When I reported it to front desk he gave me a free soda.. lol Thank you. We were in town for one night before our Cruise. The taxi man was amazing and waitress in the restaurant for breakfast was outstanding. I would seriously think about our bar staff and room service.

Thank you for your feedback. I am so sorry to hear of the dust refrigerator and the terrible experience you had with room service. The staff who gave you those responses were in complete violation of our policies. We have plenty of printed menus if a guest prefers to take one to their room. In addition, a guest should never be told to come down and pick up food if they want it delivered and all messages should be picked up within 15 minutes. Unfortunately, reviews on this site do not give us specific enough information to follow up with employees. If you are interested in contacting the hotel to give more specific information, we would be thrilled to hear it and will follow up specifically with the team members who fell so short of our standard. In the meantime, we have followed up with the team generally and have emphasized our standards. We have also coached the front desk on better responses and follow up when information like this is reported. We do appreciate you taking the time to share you experience. This helps us to identify where we can improve.

The front-end staff never recognized the Diamond status. Failed to tell us that the Exec Lounge was open. Was incorrect about the breakfast as it was more than a grab and go as she described it . Just didn't seem to care.

Thank you for the feedback. I am really sorry and really surprised to hear this. We have a large percentage of diamond members who stay here, and this is not something I have heard before. I definitely want to address it with the person who needs training. Because your profile name is not easy to decipher, I cannot trace back to a registered guest's name to find out who checked you in. I will follow up with the team in general, but if you wanted to contact me directly to provide more information, that would be great too. The hotel's number is 206-624-0500 and you can ask for me. Thank you for your feedback and I hope you will come back now that you know the full extent of offerings in the Executive Lounge.

This hotel was not bad, it just was not worth the money. Restaurant hours posted on the website are not accurate. The breakfast provided a good quantity of bland food. The bathroom door was wobbly, and the outlet for the hair dryer required frequent pushing the GFI button.

Thank you for your feedback. Feedback like this helps us know where we can improve. It is hard to follow up with a review that I cannot trace back to a particular guest, but I hope you reported the issues you encountered while you were here. we have engineering staff on 18 hours a day and can almost always fix any issues you come across. I have double checked the posted hours on our website and have not found any errors. Sometime information is wrong on 3rd part sites, and we are working to track down any inaccuracies. We definitely do not want any wrong information out there! I do know that the posters at the elevators of each floor and our digital directory have accurate listings for our hours. We hope you visit again.

When I was looking at hotels, I originally thought that I was booking an Embassy Suites but somehow I messed up and booked this hotel. I was not very happy about the switch at first and I am a Hilton Honors member and my digital key wouldn’t set up! We were very tired after traveling all day and the GPS ended up with us getting there 30 minutes earlier than check in. We went in to see if there was any chance that our room was ready. When we came in the elevator looked a little sketchy from the parking garage but when we got up to the lobby it looked very nice and clean. There was a man who was very nice and called housekeeping to ask if your room was done and it was! We went up to the room and got our stuff in there when we heard a knocking on the door, and to our surprise it was the man who checked in on making sure that we were happy with the room. The room itself was stunning and had large windows that opened slightly to get some fresh air in. Seeing the reviews beforehand made me nervous, but after getting there and staying there I was amazed by the customer service. The beds were also to die for. Going to that hotel might’ve been a mistake, but I would gladly stay there again!

Apart from its location this hotel is very sad. Single glazing and our first room right over the motorway. The air conditioning units are so old and noisy, even the staff know the issues. We had a shower where if you were taller than 5foot 11inches you would have hit your head on the bulkhead. This hotel needs a complete makeover. Sad we made the choice to stay.
