Hilton never fails, we have been using the hotel for over 20 years, tried the Sheraton also others but always keep coming back to the Hilton as my favorite hotel because of the top notch customer service along with the amenities offered at the hotel.
Hilton Seattle provided a perfect location for exploring downtown Seattle and attending a Mariner's MLB game at T-Mobile Park. The hotel staff was courteous & friendly. The room was clean & comfortable. The weekend was incredibly fun - thank you Hilton Seattle for everything you did to make it such a good time.
Check in very slow. No housekeeping unless requested. Lifts not working most of the time. Located near a main highway and the rooms didn’t have double glazing so very noisy in room. However, the was clean and the bed very comfortable…Coffee machine provided which was a benefit.
This location was very busy but everything was very fine in the hotel and with a service provided. The executive room was lacking variety in the food and the beverage aspects from what we were expecting.
The elevator broke and had to jump out: Also when it wasn't working had to walk from 16th floor. Not.impressed as a Hilton member. The place needs to be cleaned and make sure they working elevators at the minimum.
We only stayed 1 night before our cruise so I can’t give a review on the location or things to do around it. We arrived around 5 and went straight to our room. MIT was nice, clean and had many upgrades. We had breakfast in the restaurant the next morning and it was delicious however they were very very busy and it took a good long while but it was worth the wait. If you are short on time please go early. Also, they only have 4 elevators. One was broken, one was stuck between floors and that left 1 for customers and the 4th was a service elevator they opened up for all the customers. The staff was super friendly and helpful getting everyone out of the hotel and on time getting to the cruise ships. Directly across the street is a pizza restaurant that was very good. I was really appreciate it being so close and it was safe to walk to.…
We were in Seattle to see Hamilton and the Hilton is within walking distance of the theater. We also belong to the HH program so generally try to stay within the Hilton properties. The Downtown Seattle property is one I will not recommend nor will I ever stay at again. The customer service was terrible with the exception of the doorman and someone named Jimmy that helped us get to our room via the freight elevator. Upon arriving we waited for an elevator on the ground floor to take us to the lobby on the 8th floor. Unbeknownst to all of us waiting, the 3 elevators were broken. I finally called the lobby and was told a repairman was on the way. We were directed to the parking garage elevator. Once checked in we were taken up in a freight elevator. This was a slow process since it was the only working elevator. The elevators came back online after an hour but broke down again throughout our stay so it was hard to depend on them and we were on the 29th floor. The next morning we waited a very long time to get an elevator since all customers had to use the single operable elevator. We left our bags with bag check upon checkout since we had an appointment. When we returned to get our bags we were ignored. Three of your four front desk ladies choose to ignore us until I decided to stare one clerk down until she responded. Only one of those 4 front desk clerks was with a customer. Then instead of opening the door and handing us our bag she brought the doorman up on the single operable elevator to retrieve the bags. Your front desk employees were carrying on personal conversations rather than helping guests. The manager at this site needs to be replaced if this is their idea of customer service.…
The hotel was very much basic in amenities and gives an impression of poor maintenance, it looks old, I felt the rooms were warm and the AC was turned off at arrival/after housekeeping visits. However, that was not the worst part for me, it was the customer service from the reception at check in which was a bad side, minimum communication from the person working at nights, looked very bothered to be talking to guests. The team working during the day is a little better, the same applies for the housekeeping personnel when reached out, not willing to assist, it takes more than one call to get what you need. One of the reasons I picked this hotel was because of the Hilton H program, however after experiencing this I was asking myself why I am interested in getting points with this brand when there’s no recognition or acknowledgement on the same at any point. They were able to extend my check out for 2 hours for free on the good side. I would avoid this Hilton property, there’s many options on the same area that cover the proximity to main downtown-water front area with the same or better rates.…
Our stay at the Hilton Seattle was the icing on the cake of an amazing weekend in the Emerald City. This hotel is classy but affordable and located near Pikes Street Market. The staff is very welcoming and the beds are fantastic. The rooms are spacious and very clean. We felt safe and didn't need to rent a car with the Link system taking us to all the favorite sites in Seattle. We were surrounded by excellent restaurants.
Despite the hilly location this Hilton is very centrally located. Take the University stop on the light rail and go 3 blocks on university to reach the hotel. We learned this from Chuck the bellman at the Hilton. He is very informative and was our guiding light for suggestions in Seattle.
