We only stayed for one night at the end of our holidays and it was a very pleasant one. We arrived at least 4 hours before check in time and although there was a bit of confusion about the room we had booked, we got a good room straight away. The lady at the desk was so helpful. The room...

HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW
Reviewed 24 February 2017 via mobile

My wife and I spent months reading reviews for this hotel in anticipation of our Anniversary Trip. I was concerned. After spending 5 days here, I realize that most of the concerns and problems stemmed from people that did not properly plan their trip or just don't understand how hotels work. If you are a Gold/Diamond Hilton Honors member, life...

Although it is located right in the center of the downtown and financial district it is poorly maintained and underwhelming... The rooms are very small and the Executive Lounge is not well regulated and the worst supplied then any we have ever seen before in any major US city. Reminds me of the Happy Hour at a Embassy Suites (overcrowded...

Aloha Andywoo1! Thanks for taking time out of your busy day to leave us your feedback from your most recent stay with us. As you may well know, our rooms are a bit on the cozier side, as is such the case with most hotels built in the 70s. We firmly believe that ALL the essentials you need for a...

Dear renostew, Thank you so much for taking time to share your feedback with us. Thank you for pointing out the structural opportunities at our property and while there might not be a quick fix right now, we can certainly do a better job of communicating to our guests so that they know what to expect. Sorry for the $45...

We had a free night from our MANY stays at the Hilton Hotels so we booked this to stay at upon returning from our cruise to Alaska. We returned to port earlier then we should have so we went to the hotel to see if they may have a room ready even though we really figured there wouldn't be since...

Dear suzanne326, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. I am so sorry for the unfriendly service you encountered our property. This is not how we treat our guests and for that I sincerely apologize. Sorry we have no coffee at the lobby instead we have keurigs and complementary coffee in every room. This was absolutely the best option for the end of our road trip. We stayed for the weekend after a long week on the road. We certainly had the benefit of being diamond hhonors members, but the happy hour and breakfast were delightful. The happy hour was generous, lots of food, decent wine, and a spectacular view of Seattle. We...

Was automatically billed for items consumed by the previous customer for my room. Then rather than refunding the amount that was overcharged, a separate refund and a new billing was done incurring additional international transaction fees. End result a bottle of water consumed by the previous customer has cost me $55.

We used Hilton Hhonor points to stay here in early September 2016 and got a room with a decent view of the city. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. We did have to come out of pocket for about $40 to park our car - but that was a small price to pay to be in a really...

While I have stayed at this hotel before and had a wonderful experience, this was not a duplicate experience. We went for our 23rd anniversary and when we made our reservation we and checked in we let the staff know since they asked. Wow! We were surprised when we got a room surrounded by wedding revelry. Our fellow neighbors were...

Great location. Can walk to Pike Place, Safeco stadium, & monorail. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Great pizza place (MOD) across the street. Super staff. They offer rooms with access to the executive lounge which gives you a breakfast and happy hour daily.
