My wife and I wanted a hotel near downtown Seattle. The pictures gave it a nice vintage charm. Hotel staff was wonderful and aimed to please. My wife was really disappointed with the bathrooms; specifically the tub and the mattress. Location is close to downtown, space needle, and lots of restaurants. The street is certainly interesting with the pub, tatoo... More

My wife and I stayed for four nights. They describe themselves as "an upscale boutique hotel" - not by our standards. This building dates from the 1920's and was converted into a hotel in the 1990's. Prior to that it was student housing and each room is actually an efficiency apartment with a small separate kitchen area with a full-size... More

It is an old quaint hotel with some history. If you like that type of thing, you will find it to be a very nice hotel. If you are into new and modern, you probably don't want to select this hotel. Lots to see within walking distance (museums, art galleries and the space needle). There are several restaurants across the... More

An older, renovated building. It was comfortable and clean. front desk was helpful. My truck was too large for the valet parking location, but they gave me directions for a close location that was less expensive than the valet parking. I have already booked my next stay for work.

We stayed in the Jr. Suite for 8 days while on vacation. Room is good size for a family of 4. The service was good and the staff was attentive to our needs. The room is need of a serious deep clean and some repairs. The building is very old so I knew not to expect new and modern amenities... More

Overall this hotel was everthing I wanted. Spacious, kind staff, a fridge, and sink separate from the bathroom. The bed was comfortable and the water was hot. Paint was choking here and there but the place is old *shugs*. My only complaint was the WAY overpriced food that was very poor quality. Good thing it was right across the street... More

We stayed at this hotel for five nights in November 2015 for a couple getaway. We arrived late on a Wednesday evening in the pouring rain and were informed valet parking is $36 per night or we could park in various parking lots in the area and pay for those. We chose to park several blocks away. When we checked... More

Room had a kitchen and a separate living area, front desk staff extremely friendly, great location by the Space Needle, fun little free breakfast in the morning and free newspaper. Best hotel in Seattle for the price!

Loved the hotel, the staff were very friendly, room was a small apartment. It's an old building so has some dated items-bathtub, shower-but clean and lovely. Location was convenient to walk and area looked neat to explore, defiantly will next time!

The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, the service attitude is also very good, the overall cleanliness of the environment is also good, but on the cleaning staff to clean the kitchen cutlery is not doing very well.
