Not satisfied at all with my stay, very doubtful i will ever stay here again. My old heater in my room # 152 would not turn off at all, tried both ways. It was crazy hot in the room my whole stay, like really hot. Even with the air conditioning on, it still was too hot. Which also made it...

The room was reasonably priced. However, we found it to be noisy. The stairs to second floor felt uneven and steep so we felt unsteady when carrying the luggage up the stairs. Parking was also an additionally charge. Street parking was scarce.

The gentleman that checked us in was friendly and helpful, but it went downhill from there. The front desk woman was unhelpful and rude. Ceiling paint was falling in the bathroom. Bedside lights were broken, and the windows are dangerous because they could slam on your fingers. Windows were difficult to close.

Great location, and I found free street parking just a few blocks up the hill for my 4-day stay. It's not new or fancy, so if you're looking for sleek look somewhere else. However, the building and rooms do have character and serve perfectly well as hotel rooms. My suite was basically a full studio apartment, including kitchenette, which was...

Older but still clean. I really appreciate the small and serviceable kitchen so I don't have to depend on exclusively on restaurants. Very much like the location. A good value for the money, for sure. But you have to be ready for quirky -- I can't remember the last time I stayed in a hotel that had real keys.

I've had friends who have stayed here before, and they told me it had gone downhill. WHen i stayed there, i realized what they meant. Only 1 person was working there, so i couldn't get some needed help. The stairs hzd no handrails. The room was hot with no way to turn off the heat. the towels were small.

Stayed here for a weekday concert at key arena. Perfect location for concert ease. Walk to and from. Only downfall was parking or lack there of. But room was nice, clean and loved the old building. Would stay there again!

This inn is really the worst one I ever seen.. room is really old. You won't be able to have a good sleep since weird sound coming from everywhere. No parking, you have to use street parking and wake up at 8:00 am every morning to make sure to pay for the parking.

We stayed here two nights recently. Check in was quick and the staff friendly. There is some parking, down a nearby allow, that seemed reasonable. We booked the "Classic" room, on the first floor. The room was tiny. The bathroom was literally smaller than my arm span. This place could use a refurbishment as most of the fixtures were pretty...

Very nice hotel, reasonably priced, courteous staff. Loved the old building character. Only thing that I can say otherwise...they were out of regular coffee, a necessity for first thing in the morning. We would definitely stay there again.
