lovely hotel. staff was very helpful. loction to the space needle and local radio station/coffee shop was great. the only bad thing was the shower pressure, worse than trying to clean yourself in a small creek.

Many safety concerns. Huge safety hazard in the bathroom with the bathtub, the bottom is not cemented down and bowls up knocking the person from side to side...very dangerous for elderly or disabled..

This was a very Charming Hotel, but very old. If you like that you will love this place! No elevator but clean and quiet. Walkable part of the city very close to restaurants and public transportation. We walked to the market to the needle and to downtown. Nice staff!

This is a very sweet little place near the space needle and EMP. It is a nice quiet neghbourhood with some hip bars and restaurants close by. The reception staff is cheerful and friendly and, very helpful with maps and directions. It is also a short monorail ride to the heart of downtown Seattle

Conveniently located for Seattle Centre and monorail into central shopping area. Excellent facilities to self cater if you wanted to keep costs down. Unlimited supply of fresh coffee or tea available in the lobby.

This hotel needed to be completely remodeled 20 years ago. The entire property reeks of mold and the plaster on the walls is cracked and bulging all over the place. Water pressure is non-existent as they use heavy flow restrictors and the rooms are extremely noisy. The pillow top on the mattress was literally rotted out so they turned it...

Do not use the parking area. Because they charge for the use of the area, we felt that it was a safer, more secure spot than the street. The area is not protected and because it is tucked in an alley is more vulnerable. Our bikes were stolen from the locked canopy of the truck. There was no support from...

Great location but be prepared for outside noise! Front desk was extremely helpful! Price was average. Hotel is old but small kitchenette was helpful because I have food allergies. Overall we were very satisfied. BUT bring your ear plugs!
