Stayed here last month with a friend for a few nights since flight was cheap and it was close to my birthday. Check-in was quick and easy with Brandon and Tracy. Everyone was super nice and helpful. Our room was nice and I liked that they had cotton pads and cotton swabs in the room for guest use. There were bathrobes in the room which is nice but we didn’t use them. Desk and desk chair were a little dusty, but I assume people don’t really use it often and it’s nothing you couldn’t brush off yourself. There was a bit of street noise at night because our room was right above the neighboring restaurant/bar but that’s not an issue for me. Loved the tea selection they had in the kitchen. Laundry machines are mildly expensive, you’re looking at 8 dollars to wash and dry minus cost of detergent, but it’s worth it if you have a lot of clothes because the machines are big (we were only here for a few days so we didn’t utilize this.) For some reason all of our Uber drivers had trouble finding the location and always drove past the hotel even though it’s right on the corner but all of them were pretty nice about turning back around. This place is a short walk to Pike Place Market, which we absolutely loved going to. Tracy recommended a few places that sounded really lovely to go to, but we didn’t end up having enough time to go everywhere we wanted this time. I don’t know if this place is ADA friendly because you use stairs to go to the communal kitchen and even to the front desk but I assume there are other routes.

I finally made it to Seattle to visit my friends. I was hesitant to book this hotel after reading the reviews. I am glad l stayed here. First, location: it’s on a street that’s a 15 minute walk to Pike Place. There is a bakery across the street, a coffee shop 3-4 blocks to the left, and some bars to the right across the street. Not far from the hotel, there’s an excellent Thai restaurant only 10 minutes away called Bangkok Gardens that has the best food that’s worth the wait. Second, room: it was nice and very clean. For the price, it was very clean! I booked a private bathroom and it was worth it. I had a private balcony that was close in. My room sleeper musty but after spraying some Fabreeze that problem was solved. Lastly, staff: was very kind and helpful. Their hours are limited so there is not a full time person at the desk. There is a kitchen on the bottom level that has ice, tea, coffee, and books/games. This ground level room also has a washer/dryer. I really like that the doors use keys. After 10pm, you have to key into the hotel which added to feeling safe. I have to mention that Seattle has a large amount of homeless people, and there is a small campsite beside this hotel. I didn’t have a problem with anyone on the street and felt safe overall on my morning walk to get coffee. Overall, for the price, this place is very nice and a great a bargain. As a single female traveler, I recommend.

We only stayed one night at this quirky little hotel as we were passing through on our way to Vancouver. Although we were several hours before check in, the front desk offered to let us into our room when we asked to store our bags. The rooms was large and comfortable and even had a record player with a bin full of records! The beds were comfy. The bathroom was well-equiped. There is a little kitchen that is available all day and has vending machines available. breakfast in the morning was small but a nice way to ge the day started.

We stayed at the Ace Hotel in March . Hoping for something a little different, Ace was perfect. The hotel is in a great location - walkable to Pikes Market, Space Needle, Chihuly Gardens, Aquarium, etc. super cool neighborhood - lots of bars, cafes and restaurants . The hotel itself was amazing - small, stylish, really nice staff, clean rooms, all necessities. Loved how all of the rooms are decorated. Extremely comfortable bed with fluffy pillows and duvets. Communal Kitchen downstairs with excellent coffee, tea,, etc. The hotel has a really cool, city vibe. I recommend 100% . It was exactly what I was looking for.

Excellent location. We stayed 1 night, prior to an Alaska cruise. Forget anything like typical chain hotels. Small, but quaint. NO elevators!. However, Doug helped carrying the suitcases. The room was small, but very clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Doug was again very helpful about nearby places to eat, you are within walking distance to popular places. Next morning, a free continental breakfast of very fresh pasties and coffee. We were 4 blocks away from the pier, so we walked with our suitcases. All in all, a very pleasant stay.

Ace Hotel Seattle is everything you need when travelling to Seattle. Belltown is such a fun location, with great bars, music venues and shops. The bed was insanely comfortable and the shower has amazing pressure.
Every single team member was kind and genuinely cared. Plus, the breakfast is fantastic.
This is my favourite ace property!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at the ACE Hotel in Seattle. Two people, who were visiting, were locked out of the hotel without any prior warning that the front desk would close at a certain time. This lack of communication is absolutely unacceptable and left them wandering the streets of Seattle from 2 to almost 4 in the morning, trying to find alternative accommodation.
It's incredibly irresponsible and dangerous to leave your guests in such a vulnerable position, especially in a city they are unfamiliar with. Thankfully, they were able to find another hotel that took them in, but this should never have happened in the first place. Proper communication about front desk hours is essential to ensure the safety and well-being of your guests. This experience was beyond frustrating and completely avoidable.
ACE Hotel, you need to communicate better with your guests and ensure this never happens again. One star.

Thought the place was great, the teen fell in love with it. I thought room was a bit small, the teen thought it was perfect. Location was perfect, near venues, food, pike place, ferries, etc. The room was pricey for a bathroom, but worth every penny, so not bitching. Will def stay again --

I enjoyed our stay at The Ace Hotel Seattle. The room was clean and decent and the breakfast was good. The staff is very friendly and Christina, Doug, and Tracy were very helpful when we were there. The location is perfect...an easy walk to Pike Place Market and right next to the cruise terminal and ferries. We walked with our luggage right over to the ferry terminal and the waterfront is very close. I will be staying here when I next visit Seattle.

I don’t remember seeing a dedicated grassy area. There was a tree with a dirt patch at the front of the building. There were a lot of pets being walked in the area along sidewalk though.
EMP is about a 15 minute walk, next to the space needle and Chihuly museum. All worth visiting.
A short cab ride.
