Gorgeous setting very kind and accommodating staff. The castle was quite a site. walking through the city is like living in a fairy book. we kept thinking of beauty and the beast. would love to visit in the summer.

Enchanting surroundings and the hotel facade brings you back in time. Entering the reception though was like jumping back to our days due to the very tasteful and charming lounge but also very modern (just a remark). Our bedroom was very spacious with a nice high ceiling. The view was perfect, facing the vineyards and the Castle in the far...

Val-Vignes is s proper, fine and correct hotel, no doubt. A stunning view from an elevated position in the village of st Hippolyte. Large rooms, most functions you may need. Nice immediate access to pedistrian paths wine yards. On the negative side no air-conditioning, at least not in our room. Most days of the year this will not be problematic...

We stayed here 1 night to make it an easier drive to Strasbourg to catch our train the next day. The location of the hotel somewhat overlooks the town and...

We spent one night in this hotel and was impressed with the size of the room. Very comfotable with more space than most hotel rooms of this price. We had a nice view over the village from our room. We stayed there as we wanted to visit Haut-Koenigsbourg and it was the perfect departure spot.
