We had a 2-queen harbor view balcony room, the view is incredible! The buffet breakfast is home-cooked and delicious. We were lucky to spend Mother's Day breakfast with the mother-daughter team of Theresa and Sally. Those two and all of the staff were very helpful and friendly. We had a wonderful stay at Harbor 360 and would recommend it to...

Most friendly staff. Will go back as soon as possible. Love the room, view was the best. Can't wait until I have time to go back. Pet friendly. Great breakfast, walked to Rays place for dinner. AMAZING.

The hotel is located directly on the harbor overlooking Resurrection Bay and the surrounding mountains. The two queen bed with balcony is the only way to go even though it's a few $ more. We observed plenty of bird action on the harbor and even watched sea otters from the balcony. The front desk staff was extremely accommodating and cordial....

Our night stay was part of a package deal. We have a 4 hour whale watching cruise with Major Maurine Tours and a pass to the Alaska SeaLife Center. The hotel was very clean and nice staff. We had a balcony room overlooking the harbor. I would highly recommend the view is amazing. There was a continental breakfast with a...

The staff was very accommodating to our requests and needs. We added an additional night at the last minute and they were very helpful. They gave us a great rate because we had reserved the first night with the promotion going with the whale watching tour/room combo. I was already planning on staying at this hotel anyway because of the...

Stayed there for 5 weeks. Bed was comfortable, staff was very nice. The cable boxes need updating as well as the alarm clocks. Had a good selection of breakfast items. I believe it is the best hotel in town.

The service was great. The continental breakfast had a large variety and was delicious. The location was fabulous, right by the water and lots of tourists attractions. The room we stayed in was small but you get what you pay for.

We did the Major Marine tour that came with a room here and it was nothing to write home about. Could be better could be worse, but for a warm room in Seward, it was good. I rode the elevator down with a member of hotel management and she seemed very frazzled and impatient, made me wonder what the heck...

Was not happy when I called to reserve whale watch for 80$ that there was a deal for a room as well for a total of 100. Would've stayed instead of driving back to anchorage. Did not find out till we were already on boat. When we asked if we could get the room the mngr said for xtra 50...

We stayed in March along with going on the first whale watching cruise of the season. We only stayed 1 night. Upon check in, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. We did not have a harbor view, but we did have a balcony on our room that faced town. The room was clean & comfortable for the 4 of...
