The place is great. We stayed there for three nights in room N (upstairs, above the breakfast room) which has a spectacular view.) Room was perfect, cozy, nice decor and spotless clean. The owners and staff are very nice, knowledgable and helpful. Breakfast was not fancy but more than sufficient. There was tea, coffee and hot chocolate available at all...

TheLodge is an absolutely stunning setting overlooking the bay. Our accommodation was spotlesslessly clean and well equipped and extremely spacious. We had a good deal and the price was excellent. Our gripes were re Breakfast which was extremely disappointing. It was all served on paper crockery with plastic cutlery which we didn't find acceptable from an environmental point of view....

We were in Alaska for 11 days and Seward was our last stop. We stayed at the Saltwater Lodge for two nights. What a way to end our trip. The lodge is GREAT. Our 'cabin' included two bedrooms, two bath, kitchen and living area. The entire front room is windows which look out to Ressurrection Bay. What an amazing view!...

This place is great. My family and I stayed there on a family vacation. We shared the upper floor on one of the buildings with a great view of Ressurection Bay. The rooms are spotless and well maintained. The kitchen is modern and usable. We really enjoyed the low key atmosphere and all the woderful recreation that Seward had to...

We stayed at the Lowell point cottage which is part of the Alaska Saltwater lodge. The cottage is a log cabin across the street from the main lodge in Millers landing which is about 7 minutes drive south of Seward. The front yard is overgrown with weeds...but the cottage looks nice. Once inside, there is a living room, kitchenette, and...

A friend and I spent 3 nights at the Alaska Saltwater Lodge and we wished it could have been more. The lodge looks out over Resurrection Bay and the scenery is spectacular. On our first morning we spotted a bald headed eagle sitting on a rock on the beach right in front of the lodge. Later that afternoon there were...

The Alaskan Saltwater Lodge has the best view of Resurrection Bay! We had a beautiful suite on the second floor looking right out over the bay for 3 nights. It was lovely, like having our own apartment with a lovely beach in front. Two Bald Head Eagles sat every morning in a tree right next to our room. The staff...

We were so thrilled with the Alaska Saltwater Lodge, where we spent 2 days in June (should have stayed longer!). The views cannot be beat - you open the door to your room and there is the bay with mountains behind it - jaw-droppingly beautiful. My pictures taken from our room and the large deck have been blowing people away...

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the SWL. I believe the photos pretty much some up what kind of experience we had. Similar to many posts we found our respite here relaxing to finish our vacation in Alaska. Yes, the drive to Lowell point is a couple of miles on a hard packed/gravel road, but we had some of our...

This place has the best scenery in all of Seward. We stayed for 4 nights early June, and had the best time here. The room was their largest 2 bedroom suite with 1 1/2 bath and large kitchen and living area. One bedroom had a nice newer queen size bed and the other a regular full size. The ocean is...
