Stayed in unit 2-203 "Gail's Unit" with our parents/inlaws and 6 month old son. Couldn't have asked for more the location was good, once we found out that there was a shopping center right close to the unit instead of driving 10-15min to Safeway every time we needed something. View was amazing as was the weather it was literally the...

This condo is wonderful. It's right across the street from the best snorkeling beach in the Kona area so you can get therein the morning before the crowds. Condo was clean, comfortable and had everything you could ask for. Also the location is nice a bit away from the down town area so it was nice and relaxing.

The condo "Villa 1-202" was perfect from the start. Chuck was very courteous and was extremely accommodating of our needs (since we were traveling with an infant and toddler). The condo had everything we could ask for: gorgeous views, all necessary amenities, snorkel gear, etc... Grocery store and restaurants within walking distance (although we barbecued our lunch and dinner almost...

The Beach Villas at Kahalu'u are very nice. The unit we stayed in 1-201 was perfect. Other guests said the were pleased with their units too. The condos are located at the southern end of Alii Drive - the slower, quieter end. The location right across from Kahalu'u Beach Park is very convenient. We loved just crossing the street to...

If you're looking for a condo very close to a perfect beach for snorkelling and getting very close to turtles and there are just two of you, then this is the place! Having read reviews I knew that only a few basic provisions would be there, so it's necessary to visit the supermarket before settling in. The condo is one...

My husband and i stayed in condo 2-101 at the Beach Villas the second week of March and loved it! The condo is very modern, well decorated and well-maintained. Although its on the first floor, its quiet and there's a great view of the beach from the lanai. The kitchen is equipped with every appliance, dish and amenity you could...

We stayed in unit 2-101, beautifully decorated and well maintained. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with a good selection of dishes and cookware. The whirlpool spa was nice, and the small pool was clean and rarely used by others when we were there. Complex was across the street from a great snorkeling beach (one of the...

We stayed at Beach Villas at Kahalu'u, Unit 2-203. The condo is beautiful; the pictures are an accurate representation. The location is ideal - across the street from the best snorkeling anywhere and four or more turtles were always out. Everything you'll ever need is included in the condo, even flashlights. Shopping is conveniently located at Keahou, along with a...

We rented unit 1-201 at Beach Villas at Kahaluu. We found it on Trip Advisor, and rented through Aloha Condos. Service was very good, we needed a place to stay for the next day and the owner actually contacted us right away. The condo was perfect, located right across the street from the beach and very close to Keauhou shopping...
