This is a beautiful resort - the building itself is merged seamlessly with the coastline, and the pool area (waterslide included!) is gorgeous. Our room was lovely and spacious witha huge balcony. The service was warm and polite. Would definitely return again.

Unfortunately, unlike Honolulu, there are no hotel shuttles. Well I guess I shouldn't say all hotel don't have shuttles since I can't confirm that, but Sheraton Kona and others I have stayed did not. Its rent a car, or take a taxi. I understand Uber is limited but also working on the Big Island. Probably going to cost you $40-45 for taxi/Uber.
